Today has been another sunny day here and more or less a carbon copy of the last few days for me, an early morning 6K walk started my day and then did another 3K one around 11am.

We took my partners parents out for lunch to our local favorite restaurant, we booked in for 12pm and arrived bang on time.

I had the Brisket Burger which comes with hand cut chips and a couple of dips, it was very nice and just thinking about it makes me hungry LOL.

After lunch i decided a ride was in order so i could work off lunch, it was still sunny but the wind had increased.

Todays stats show a slightly smaller ride than the 40K + ones i have been doing, this is day 9 in a row of riding each day

For dinner tonight we are having the left over Lamb roast from last night with just some buns and salad stuff, out roast last night was sensational and super tasty.

On the agenda for the rest of day is relax and watch some sport.
