RE: Happy hardfork day, but what happened to the Steemit stats?

Do they need to earn much more than 2c to pay the commenter?

I would like to see some facts about this, it's been touted that the 2c or 3c comment is now dust.

I know @abh12345 mentioned it and I'm a little loathe to issue them now, but then feel mean not doing so.

My approach to calculating it is simple and likely not correct:

If authors are going to be earning half what they were from a vote and the current dust breakout barrier is .02 STU then the minimum would now be .04 STU.

@paulag, @crokkon, @miniature-tiger may have more on this.

I belong to dustsweepers and they haven't notified anyone of changes yet.

I got a dustsweeper vote today for 2c, it's no longer going to cut it. We will need to watch for a post. I'm sure they know about it, that or it's the death.

A 2c vote takes about 20% of my vote, so it soon uses up my VP. As its likely to be the only vote I won't make much either. I could give more beer tokens, but that's not been working lately. It may be better to vote up a post by each commenter.

I have been countering any malicious flags on comments on my posts.

That's the way it's going. So much for incentivised comments.

It may be better to vote up a post by each commenter.

I've been doing a bit more of this, using Tribe stake too.

I have another account following my post votes with delegated tribe tokens, but I'm not making it too complicated. We may get more tools to help optimise this.
