Steem is no longer decentralised and may steal your funds. Use Hive instead.

It is good to see Turkey on the top of the list.

I would like to see some facts about this, it's been touted that the 2c or 3c comment is now dust.
I know @abh12345 mentioned it and I'm a little loathe to issue them now, but then feel mean not doing so.
My approach to calculating it is simple and likely not correct:
If authors are going to be earning half what they were from a vote and the current dust breakout barrier is .02 STU then the minimum would now be .04 STU.
@paulag, @crokkon, @miniature-tiger may have more on this.
I belong to dustsweepers and they haven't notified anyone of changes yet.
I got a dustsweeper vote today for 2c, it's no longer going to cut it. We will need to watch for a post. I'm sure they know about it, that or it's the death.
A 2c vote takes about 20% of my vote, so it soon uses up my VP. As its likely to be the only vote I won't make much either. I could give more beer tokens, but that's not been working lately. It may be better to vote up a post by each commenter.
I have been countering any malicious flags on comments on my posts.
That's the way it's going. So much for incentivised comments.
I've been doing a bit more of this, using Tribe stake too.
I have another account following my post votes with delegated tribe tokens, but I'm not making it too complicated. We may get more tools to help optimise this.
Do you really think these bigger accounts that never paid attention to the little accounts in the past are suddenly going to start upvoting the minnows and redfish because it isn't profitable to use bidbots anymore? They were using bidbots because they wanted the easiest way to make money. They aren't going to take the time to manually curate content. No, I think this is going to be just another change to drive the smaller users away from the platform.
Driving people away is not in their interest. That will only make Steem lose value. I think we have to wait and see what difference hf21 makes. There will always be some driven only by greed, but there are other big accounts who do good.
Unfortunately, they are few and far between.
Us topping the list
Well it does have a large population of Internet users. I expect India will overtake it eventually.
Everything seems to working again. The chain was offline earlier today but seems stable right now.
Steempeak is great. I use busy mostly.
