@smartmarket has a delay on Votes due to bandwith & node problems
We are working through all the transfers, but it takes currently about 10x longer than usual to cast a vote.

Hi I sent 0.1 SBD to @smartmarket I do not remember seeing a minimum spend on the advert at Steem Bot Tracker. Will I get a refund or an upvote. The advert said "guarenteed 135% return (after curation rewards). What is the guarentee? Thank you.

There is no smartmart - only @smartmarket. And @smartmarket is simply the account where transfers go which will be filled by multiple Users.
