First of all, thank you @max-pro brother for organizing this competition.

I am very happy to participate in the fourth week of the Worldwide Travel Explorer series. There are many old forts, museums, palaces and many historical places in or around our city. Today's competition is a little different. Where the issue of visiting historical places of our country or city is highlighted. If we visit these places, we can know about the historical stories, architectural styles, hidden history, etc. Today I visited a very old historical palace. I will share its review with you. It is a very big palace. I hope you like it.

Which historical place did you visit? Give brief information.

I visited a historical place. Which is a historical place of many years old. It is a big house, but everyone knows it as a palace. It is located in Pratapur. The reason it is called a palace is because kings used to live here in the past. They used to conduct their activities from here. The kings built houses here over a very large area and they lived very beautifully. They once left here and the houses remained like this. Many people come here from different places to see the palaces. The day we went there were also many people. Everyone is very interested in seeing this palace. Hundreds of people come from far and wide to see this palace.

I have visited this place for the first time. Since there have been no people for a long time, there are many trees here. There are trees on the roofs around the palaces. However, these are currently being cleaned. Various types of Hindu ceremonies are organized here. And these places are cleaned just before the ceremony. These places are still being cleaned. Apart from this, there is a temple in front of the palace. Where Hindus worship. There is another house in front of this beautiful house.

What is the history, architecture and other facilities there? Show pictures + videos and show their prices.

This is called the historical Zamindar Bari or Baro Bari or Rajbari. It was established in the middle of the 19th century. The founder of this Rajbari was Rajkrishna Saha. Rajkrishna had five sons. They were five brothers living in five buildings. They had power over different areas around and were influential among the various zamindars around. It was established over an area of 13 acres. There are ten buildings and 13 ponds here. Which are not found in any other royal palace in Bangladesh. After the demise of the British period, the descendants of the kings lived here. However, due to the increasing influence of robbers, they left here. They stayed here until 2002. Currently, they live in different parts of the country and different parts of India. However, if there is any event here, the descendants of this house come together.

Although this house is currently abandoned, its architectural style and beauty have made it attractive to all the people of the area. In addition, it has become an attractive place for people from different regions. The ponds in this house were used for fish farming. Tourists who come here have to leave before evening. Since it is not affiliated with any government or private organization, it is a place where bad guys gather after dark. As a result, there is a possibility of theft and robbery. Therefore, it is not advisable to stay here after dark.

What did you learn or what attracted you the most by going there?

The lesson here can be said about the rule of kings. There are many kings who do injustice to their lower caste. But the kings here used to rule their kingdom very beautifully. And even though they are influential, they never do injustice to the people. I have heard these words from the people around here. And everything here attracts tourists. The most attractive thing here is these big palaces. Each palace here is very big. And which are the main attraction for tourists. Apart from this, there are many ponds here. These attract tourists. Also, the mango trees, jackfruit trees, coconut trees attract everyone. We entered a palace here. Which was very big.

The stairs of this palace are made of earth and it is very scary to climb up them. Because these stairs are in a very bad condition and it was very dark while climbing these stairs. You cannot climb these stairs without lights. Although we went here during the day. But it was very dark inside the palaces here. All the palaces have a system of climbing up.

Show some moments of real life from that place.

There are many kinds of things in this place. All these things are neglected. However, when there is a ceremony, they are cleaned. When we went, they were being cleaned. There was a ceremony in front of them. However, you will see in the picture that the palaces here are very neglected, so their doors and windows are broken. In addition, the walls of each palace here are collapsing. It has been here for many years. Since the palaces are very old, it is a little scary while climbing up the stairs.
