Oto Mboro
"Otoro Mboro" is a local recipe eaten locally in my area, the South -South region of my country, Nigeria. Akwa Ibom State is one of the states in my Country, Nigeria, that her people love this food. It's a delicacy eaten by a child during waning as well as a woman who has just put to birth to make them look fatty and beautiful. Elders like it because it is very nutritious and can boost their immune system. There's not a week I don't cook this food for my children. The savour this food comes with is irresistible. I am happy to participate in this contest so I can show you what this local delicacy is enrich with.

A well prepared Oto Mboro
Recipe
*Dry fish
*Crayfish
*Onions
*Red pepper
*Periwinkles
*Red oil
*Salt
*Scent leaves,
*Unripe bananas
Preparation steps
The first step in preparing ''Oto Mboro" is to get as many bananas as possible, depending on the quantity you want to prepare. Next, is to wash the unripe banana with salt water to eliminate possible bacteria before peeling them.
The next step is to grate these bananas with your grater and not a blander. This will give a nice texture needed to blend with other ingredients. Put your ingredients: dry fish, periwinkles, crayfish, red pepper, onions, red oil in a cooking pot. Add some quantity of water (about half a litre) and then put the pot on fire to cook.
Allow it on fire for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring well to mix. Add the grated bananas by cutting small quantities at a time to the pot, allowing it on fire for about 10 minutes. Then use a table knife to cut the semi-solidified content, making it blend like a semovita. The dish is done.
What is the name and story behind your signature dish?
How does it reflect both your local roots and global imagination?
What makes it stands out from every other dish you've made?
If you could serve it to anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
Final Note

Thank you. I appreciate your encouragement.
Al verlo pienso que es suave al paladar, tiene el sabor de cangrejos y toque de plátano, eso me gusta y quiero probarlo 😀👍
