Today is another 30 degree blue sky stunner here on the Gold Coast with just a light breeze, i chased Forklifts around the Work Site from 5am till just before midday.

Then i drove back to my Hotel and went and lay in the Sun before jumping in the pool for a while.

Last night after my healthy dinner i decided to go for a walk down the beach as it had cooled down to around 26 degrees C, this beach is so nice to walk on and it goes forever.

The only shadows came from the building that line the beachfront, lots of people out walking and swimming in the Sea.

I think after the dinner i will have to go for another walk down the beach but this time i will go the other way to check it out.

These buildings in my opinion look like something from Star Wars and just look awesome, i would really like to live in one of them but i need a few million just to buy an apartment - so if anyone has any spare millions let me know LOL.

So last night i had boiled Eggs that were mashed up in Butter and Salt n pepper with Avocado and ready to eat Salmon, tonight i wanted a different type of protein so i grabbed some Turkey!

The turkey and another Avocado came to a grand total of $8.20 AUS, so another cheapish healthy meal for this Kiwi.

Right lets get this cooked, actually its only the Eggs i boiled for 9 minutes then into some cold water for for a couple of minutes.

While the Eggs were bubbling away i prepared the Avocado and Turkey which was just cutting them up nothing special.

Got my couple of slices of Butter in the bowl with some Salt n pepper ready for the Eggs after i remove the shells.

Here is my Dinner which i have been eating while i type this masterpiece for Steemit, it was really nice and i enjoyed the Turkey a lot.

So tonight or soonish i will go for another walk up the beautiful beach with the sun still shinning brightly.

Tomorrow is Saturday and i am working only 5am till 11am then i have Sunday as a day off, i do have some friends to catch up and even if i don't there is plenty i can see or visit.

I hope your Friday has been as good as mine.
