My days are starting to feel like Groundhog day and there is nothing wrong with that i like that movie, today however was a shorter day at work and then some data entry once i got back to the Hotel.

Then it was down to the Pool for a swim in the 30 degree heat, we have another stunning day here with blue skies and ight sea breezes.

Last night after Dinner i decided to go for a walk around the place as it was a stunning night, i also wanted to reach 15 kilometers walked for the day which i did.

While walking i saw the Aqua Duck which i have been on a couple of times over here, its about an hour cruise around the waterways of the Gold Coast and a great sightseeing tour.

Nothing changes much for dinner with me sometimes and tonight its more of the same, Eggs mashed up with and Avocado and this time i added Roast beef and Ham as my protein.

The Ham was on special so i grabbed that up.

It wont win any prizes for looks but it is very tasty and pretty healthy i believe.

When i went to the Supermarket to grab the Ham and Roast Beef i got another Avocado and some Strawberries for desert

With having tomorrow as my only day off on this trip i can sleep in if i want, but i think i will be awake around 3am, so the plan would be have some coffee and go for an early morning walkies down the walkway - its has lighting.

For the rest of today i am watching 2 games of Basketball as the previous occupier of y room left there Sports TV subscription logged in.
