Tonight for Dinner we had a "make whatever you want night" , so i decided to have some of the Whitebait i brought last weekend.

Nothing like an easy dinner on a Friday especially as i am on my 3rd Bourbon n coke as i type 🍻

I defrosted one of these packs which cost individually $35 NZD.

So this is what i do which is nothing out of the ordinary, add 🍋juice with Salt n Pepper to a bowl, then add four 🥚🥚🥚🥚then the whitebait.

Mix it all around and heat a fry pan up, once that is hot i add a glob of Butter before adding some of the beaten whitebait mix.

Tonight we have a game of Basketball on TV to watch with New Zealand playing Australia, i have a huge $10 bet on the game.
