The Sun is back which now gives me one less thing to whine about, we still have the wind but its nice to feel the sun after a few days of crap weather here.

This morning i did two three kilometer walks and then it was ride time, this would be the fourth day in a row i have gone for a ride.

Here are my stats from my ride which was a good ride and got me sweaty, its always good to get a ride done earlier then just relax for the rest of the day.

If i go for a ride tomorrow which is the plan at this stage, i would done six out of seven days this week - there must be medal or something i get for that?

Cat stuff

This afternoon a courier turned up with 2 large boxes that my partner had ordered, she had ordered Smudge a scratching post to discourage his carpet antics - plus some brushes as he's shedding hair the little punk.

So he hasn't even acknowledged the scratching post and still i think prefers the carpet, one of the brushes is a dog one but he is into the other two brushes bigtime.

I bet he will hate the scratching post and never use it, why would he anyway with all this carpet around him.
