I think that's the main distinction I wanted to make when I said that, there are a lot of reasons why talking about such things can be beneficial to oneself or others. However like you pointed out some of us have people around who cannot be trusted which in turn can make things worse, or like also in my case those who simply don't have the capacity to understand.
