Dydd Gwyl Dewi Hapus

Happy St Davids day, or as we say here in Wales: "Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Sant hapus"

The first of March is celebrated here in Wales, as St Davids day, the patron saint of Wales. I say celebrate, but not much really happens if im honest. We might eat a welsh cake or 2, but thats pretty kuch about it.

Kids in Wales will be singing songs, reciting welsh poetry and taki g oart in school concerts or eisteddfodau, with recitation and singing as the main activities.
