Go big, or go home...

After a busy morning of rugby, my son and I had some time to kill, whilst Mrs W took our daughter to her second birthday party of the weekend.

We had no idea where we were going! He guided the way, with a little reassurance from.me of course, but todays route was down to him. Some how or other, we ended up in the old industrial estate some 30mins walk.

After exploring the old out buildings and empty units, we turned around and headed back out of our little "urban exploration".

On the way home, something caught my sons eye... this large earth mover sat there. My guess would be its going to be used to help clear the site, ready for redevelopment. He was genuinely in ore of the scale of this machine. Now, although hes only 10yrs old, hes a big kid, but the wheels dwarf him. It took every ounce of me to convince him not to go climbing up to the cab.

We will probably head back tjere in a few days to see how theyre getting on and if any othernlarge machinery is being involved. Ill try and take some better shots next time, i promise
