Bench press excersice
In this video, you'll see how to do bench press exercise while lying down , using barbell or dumbbell. Bench press is one of the most popular weightlifting exercise which really helps to build chest, arms and shoulder strength.
Firstly, you will lie down flat on the bench, letting your back touch the bench very well.
However ,you will then place your two legs firm on the ground, and dont shake it.
Hold the weight you lifted with both hands, shoulder-width apart.
Then Lift it up from the rack, then slowly bring it down to touch your chest a little.
Push it back up with all your strength, and let your hand straight again.
Repeat it for the number of reps which fit your level.
