Master the burpee excersice

Have you ever try an exercise that will make your body to sweat like you are in a marathon run, meanwhile you are playing and having fun?. If you haven't, do well to try this particular excersice, which only needs a small space which you will use in performing it. The excersice is known as burpee excersice. However ,the first time I hear it, I think that it's a small play. But when I try it, I realize that burpee is not a joke. It will test your strength, your speed, and your mind.


How I Do it in My Video


For the video which I upload, I start by standing straight. From there, I bend down and put my hands on the ground, then jump my legs back like in push-up position. I did one push-up, then jump my leg back to the front again, then I stand up, and jump high with my hands up. Thats a one burpee. I repeat it many times, and you will see it in the video my breath was on a rush.


Why Burpee is Beneficial and Powerful Exercise


  • It's A Full Body Workout: Burpee really touch everywhere in the body like the chest, hand, leg, even our stomach.

  • Burn Fat Very Quick: If you want to reduce weight, burpee will surely help because it good in burning a lot of calories.

  • No Equipment Needed: You don't need gym machine or equipment. Just your body and a small space.

  • Good In Building Endurance: After some rounds of this exercise, you will notice that your stamina will improve.


My Experience


As I did it, I feel it on my muscle and my heart was pumping quite well. It's hard, but it's also sweet because I know that my body is on great benefit. Burpee can make you tired, but if you continue, you will be strong more than before.
