Shoulder tap excersice is a strong exercise that build the shoulder and chest to be firm,balance and powerful. In this my video which I upload, Idl well to show how I do it step by step, its not too hard, but it's effective very well.
How I Did The Shoulder Tap
I start with a plank position,my body straight like a wood, hands on ground, legs stretch back. From there, I carried one hand up from ground, tap the opposite shoulder, then return it back. After that, I repeat it with the other hand. I alternate left and right, steady and controlled. Therefore , the main athing is to keep my body firm, not to shake anyhow, for my chest not to drop on the ground.
