My Dumbbell Chest Press Routine

Today I wan to share with you all how I did my dumbbell chest press, the exercise that surely helps to shape one's chest and make the upper body to be more stronger.

I started by lying flat on step board as bench. So if bench or step board is not available you can use mat on the ground it still work. I hold one dumbbell on each hand, rest it close to my chest.

From there, I push the dumbbells up steady till my hands was straight above me. I don't rush, and I don't lock my elbow like padlock, instead I just keep it soft and flexible but in control.

Then I bring the dumbbells down slowly, I feel my hands muscle as the work, and i repeat it 10–12 times. After small rest, I continue another set up to three sets.

This excersice is interesting,because it simple but effective.As I press and keep doing it, I feel my chest expanding like bread inside the oven. The exercise build my chest muscle, strengthen my arms and shoulders, and improve my posture. Even daily things like lifting bucket of water or carrying bag of garri has turn easy for me😁.

Another benefit of this excersice is confidence. Have in mind that when your chest is really firm and your body is balanced with go, you will stand straighter, look sharper, and even your clothes will fit you much better.

However,it's just the discipline and consistency that really makes the difference, it's not magic.
