"SEC-S29W3:My Progressive Action (Push Up)"

Here I am again. I began this journey with just 10 reps, slowly building and going up to 20 in the first week. On the second week I then pushed myself to 25, 30, and 35 in week two. Now finally I’ve stepped into uncharted territory the very hard level which is — week three. Oh no, before I even start it, I said to myself: “If I could surely break the limits of 35 rep, then what is 40, I will surely break 40 and go more beyond it.”
🔥My Day Seven / 40 Reps of Push Up |
|---|
The first day of my week three with this excersice wasn't easy at all, why because I got a little injury on my arms. But how the injury wasn't that big I did some warmup before I begin this excersice. However, I had never pass 35 rep before in this push up mode, so the thought of hitting 40 really made me to be very nervous.
Therefore, the first 30 reps felt normal though, but by 35 my arms were already trembling to and dancing all available dance at the moment. And my chest was pounding like a beating drum, and I almost dropped out of the excersice. But I kept telling myself: “Please Don’t try to stop now it's just five remaining”
However by the time I reached reached 40, sweat was everywhere on my skin, my arms felt weak, and my breathing was really heavy at that moment. Yet, finishing those 40 gave me a clear sense of victory which I had never felt before truly.
How I truly Felt:

I laugh at myself because,I was really scared at the start, wondering if I could survive it to the end. But when I finished, I felt proud, relieved, and stronger than the last week.
My Vital Signs (Day 7):
| Heart Rate | Respiration/min |
|---|---|
| My Before: 86 bpm | Before: 19 |
| My After: 128 bpm | After: 34 |
⚡ My Day Eight in Push excersice/ 45 Reps |
|---|
However this day was even more tougher. My muscles were still weak and with little pains from the previous week, and I doubted if I could surely add five more rep to this push up journey. When I begin, the first 30 reps were steady, but from 40 onward, it felt like another battle again to me. As usual My arms shook, my chest was in its highest mode, and I had to shout each rep as usual to keep myself going: “41…42…43…”
As soon as I reached the rep 45, I just lay down flat on the mat and relax. Honestly, I was so tired , but I was smiling because I had done something I once thought it's impossible to do.

However, my fear was mixed with determination at the same time. Why ,? Because I was really afraid of stopping on the way while going on with this push up journey, but in all my heart I really wanted to prove to myself that I could break any big barriers. So When I finished it, I really felt like a warrior that just came back on a very difficult and tough war.
Vital Signs (Day 8):
| Heart Rate | Respiration/min |
|---|---|
| Before: 87 bpm | Before: 19 |
| After: 132 bpm | After: 35 |
🏆 My Day Nine with Push excersice/ 50 Reps |
|---|
This was the final test of week three. Lol, I can remember of swapping this excersice to another easy excersice like jumping jack etc . But no I have already gone far. Oh my God,I had never imagined myself doing 50 push-ups in one go , but this really shocked me.
The first 30 reps were something manageable but from 31 to 40, my body screamed at me to stop that I have overdo. My arms felt like they were carrying blocks as a labourer, my chest was burning too, and my breath was fast like I'm running very fast.
From 41 to 50, it was a pure war to me. I shouted each rep loudly,i squeezed my face very tight, and my body shooking. However When I have finally arrived the 50, I just lay flat, full of light sweat on my body, then I was breathing hard, but with a huge smile on my face finally.

I was afraid before starting, but finishing gave me joy, pride, and gratitude. I realized that consistency had really carried me this far no doubt, and discipline had broken my limits and boundaries.
Vital Signs (Day 9):
| Heart Rate | Respiration/min |
|---|---|
| Before: 88 bpm | Before: 20 |
| After: 136 bpm | After: 36 |
📝 My Reflection |
|---|
However Week three was really a turning point to me.
Day 7 really showed me that fear can be defeated with courage.
Day 8 taught me that pain is part of progress.
Day 9 proved that discipline can surely push me beyond imagination.
Finally, From my 10 reps at the start of this Push up journey to 50 reps now, I’ve really seen how consistency can do transforms a weakness into strength. My arms is weak, my chest burns, but my heart is Truly very proud. I’m motivated to keep going, because each rep is proof that I’m stronger than yesterday. How will week four be ? Will I pass the limits let's watch and see.
