"SEC-S29W2:My Progressive Action (Jumping jacks)"

Hello fitness enthusiast; it's the second week of the learning challenge, the first week was great because it helps me to progress in the particular routine which I choose to incorporate, so this week again I want to continue with the same program which is jumping jacks.
Jumping jacks is a very effective routine that does not just focus on single part of the body but the whole body entirely, it helps to boosts cardiovascular health and for me I believe that this particular exercise really fits me, during week one I started from 30 jumping jacks and finished at 60 jumping jacks so this week I decided to add 10 more reps to make it 70 reps, let's see what I did in Day 1.
I resume my progressive action fitness on Wednesday; since I program myself to attempt 70 reps I needed to be committed to it so I got my fitness wear and Camara ready before I jump into the action.
7 repetition of jumping jacks at a go feels a little intensive than the last I did in the first week but with commitment I executed it anyway, I executed it very effectively because I didn't overspeed the repetition, maintaining the movement helps me to reserve strength.
My feelings, the feelings was really great as I felt happy, you know that feeling when you finally succeeded in something you thought would be very difficult to succeed, my heart was more faster and my arms were tired but trust me I liked it.

On the second day of my progressive fitness action I decided to challenge myself by adding extra 10 reps to make it 80 reps of jumping jacks at a go; since I already determined to execute 80, I needed to stay focused and committed regardless of how i feel in the process. One thing I knew was that the only bad workout is the one I didn't do, I needed a good workout so I challenge myself to give it try.
A journey of a million smiles begin with a single step so I decided to begin my progressive action fitness by taking a step; 10 repetition, 20 repetition, 30 repetition and still going untill I reach my target destination which was 80 repetition.
My feelings; I felt the heat inside my body as if sweat was about to come out but wasn't because it was evening time and the atmosphere was cool, my heart pumped and I was energized, I liked the way I felt.

Today being Friday I decided wrapped up my progressive action fitness for the second week; since I've been progressing with 10 repetition on this second week, that means I have to execute 90 repetition of jumping jacks at go, I knew I would execute it so I didn't worry about it, I just had my fitness wear prepare and jump into the action.
The number is high I mean 90 repetition so I needed to properly program my mind and be very intentional about it, I was ready so I started the action, I executed 90 repetition of jumping jacks in a period of one hour and thirty minutes.
My feelings; I was very happy after the execution and you could see the evidence in the above picture, when I heard my heart rate rapidly increases I realize that I've done something really good to my body, my entire body was very effective, the feeling was super great.

In conclusion; I've really enjoyed this week routine right from the first day I started, I like the way I felt during the execution and after the execution, the energy and the feeling was great and I like the fact that it helps me to progress step by step and little by little, I'll see you all on the third week.
