"SEC-S29W4:My Progressive Action (jumping jacks)"

Cordial greetings my fellow fitness enthusiast and to even the novice, it's officially the week -4 of the progressive action fitness challenge hosted by @ngoenyi and @marvinvelasquez our well equip instructors, I'm excited to be here again for the fourth time.

This week I started my routine from Monday and ended in Wednesday which complete my challenge, the nature of the challenge is to increase/progress in whatever routine we choose, since my choosen program right from the start was jumping jacks and I've been incorporating it consistently, this week I decided to progress in five repetition each day, let's see what I did.

Day— 10.

Jumping jacks — 125 Reps.

Last week I stopped at 120 repetition of jumping jacks so this week I'm to start from where I stopped, on Monday which marked my day 10 of consistently participating on this progressive action fitness, after finding a perfect spot for the execution I put on my fitness wear and there I go.

My target was 125 repetition of jumping so I program mind and focus on achieving the challenge, it was very challenging such that needed a lots of endurance to withstand the program, the beginning was very enjoyable as the energy was still renewed but the closer I get to my target, the intense the program became but at the end of it, my target was successfully achieved.

My feelings, jumping jacks is such a wonder exercise for cardio so with the number of repetition I executed, I was much energetic and warm up, my legs and arms were a little effected as the program triggered the region, I was happy to hit the number of repetition.

Day— 11.

Jumping jacks — 130 Reps.

Day —11 which happens to be Tuesday, I decided to execute the program during the evening session after returning from work, this time the weather was much chilled so I was more motivated and energetic to carry on the program.

This time I was to execute 130 repetition of jumping and I was very ready for it because I had everything I needed, I begins the execution from 1 and keep going untill 100 repetition and finally hit 130 repetition which was my target, even with the cool atmosphere the execution wasn't easy because it really tested my cardio, what helps me was maintaining my slow pace and increasing the speed the closer I get the end.

My feelings, I didn't really feels the intensity of the exercise regardless of the number and that was because of the cool atmosphere, from how I felt I was a little warm up, the interesting part was that I was enjoying the process so yes it was really interested.

Day— 12.

Jumping jacks — 135 Reps.

Today being Wednesday I finally get to wrap up my progressive action fitness challenge for this week; the target was to execute 135 repetition of jumping with 5 repetition Increments, 135 repetition of jumping jacks is really a scary challenge especially once the number is said but I needed to face the challenge so I engage.

I was determined and ready to try my best so get set and start the program, I begin with a single step and forget about the target and only focus on the current reps that I've done so far and before I could know, 135 repetition of jumping jack was completely executed.

My feelings, I was very happy to have successfully execute this week challenge, my legs were tired because of the jumps and my arms were workout as they goes up and down, my heart was pumping faster and I breathe so fast, I was feeling great and extraordinary.

In conclusion, I've really enjoyed this week challenge as it helps me to create a new jumping jacks high execution; one thing I like about this program is how it motivate me to challenge myself in something I wouldn't think of doing, this is where I'll stop for this week, see y'all on week—5.
