"SEC-S29W1: Progressive Action Fitness Challenge
Warm greetings to all fitness enthusiasts, and welcome to season 29 Steemit Challenge. It is a wonderful thing to have fitness programs incorporated into Steemit challenge due to its importance. And for this season, my teammate and I have structured a wonderful program that will suit everyone who will like to start and continue in his or her fitness journey.
Progressive action fitness emphasizes progressive, action-oriented training rather than a general fitness principle. It is a fitness that challenges you to continue in a particular action program until the target is achieved. By progressively increasing the physical load, ideally the body acquires greater strength and the muscles greater tone, which becomes visible as the days go by.
Our target here is to achieve 18 days consistent action program incrementally. That is to say that we will continue in this particular program that we have chosen till the end of this 18 days and in each of the days, we are to increase the repetitions continuously. Take for instance, you choose jumping jacks as a program that you want to stick to, let's say you begin with 20 jumping jacks today, it means that you will increase to either 30, or 50 as the case maybe. You may choose to increase by 5, or 10, or 20 depending on how you want it and you will continue increasing until the end of the 18 days.
To be able to achieve that 18 days in this 6 weeks, we will have to go for 3 days in a week and drop our entry. This way, by the end of 6 weeks, we would have achieved the 18 days that is required. Are you ready?

Please choose one out of all these programs listed below and that becomes the only program you will focus on throughout the person of 18 days out of the 6 weeks of this challenge.

3 Days In Week #1 Task
✓ You must choose 3 days out of the 7 days in a week to perform your chosen program. It could be Monday, Wednesday and Saturday or whenever you choose.

| For Day 1 | start from the least you can. 10, 15, or 20 or more |
| For Day 2 | increase by 5 or 10 or 15 or more |
| For Day 3 | continue with the increase you chose in day 2 |
✓ Record 3 different videos for those 3 days, showing when you are doing the program.
✓ Then publish a post at the end of the 3 days you have chosen,
✓ Upload the 3 videos differently along with at least one picture for each day that is, 3 pictures maximum plus your cover image, that's 4
✓ Explain what you did and tell your experience in details
✓ Record your vital signs, heart rate, and respiration before and after each exercise session.
Progress on selected exercises will be assessed.
The publication's aesthetics (minimum 300 words, explicit videos with context) should detail the work completed.
