A 16 Days Abs Development ( Day 1; Jumping Jack) by Coach Nsijoro
Greetings, members of this community, and my viewers,
I am your regular fitness coach, but I would love to take you through this journey of becoming physically fit. A few weeks back I had a pain in my lower back as a result of pulling something very heavy; this incident wouldn't have been encountered if I had kept a regular routine of exercising. In this exercise my goal is not to build muscle but to stay fit and be healthy.
Abs Development Exercise
Today we will be looking at a 16-day abs development challenge. If you can join me as I drop each practical exercise, then go ahead. I'll be waiting.
For ab development there are about 16 exercises I would love for you to practise, and today jumping jacks are what I will be focusing on. These exercises I will be sharing with you won't require any equipment but the movement of your body in a way that affects the muscle for its development.
Jumping Jack
For the jump jack, you need to stand erect with your arms by your side, then jump up, spreading your legs apart simultaneously with your hands, which move up to touch each other above your head. While your legs are apart, your hands touch each other straight above the head.
The reverse of this movement is done; that is how the jumping jack continues. Do this exercise for 3 minutes for beginners, 1 minute for every repetition. Thanks for reading to this end.
