Today I will be participating in a challenge of @ngoenyi @marvinvelasquez ma'am/sir "sec-s29w4:My Progressive Action (add your chosen program here)" in the 4th week of steemit challenge 29. Progressive Action Fitness Challenge. Exercise is very important for every person to stay healthy. I have accepted the challenge to participate in the full exercise challenge. I hope everyone will enjoy this exercise of mine.

Today I am very happy to participate in an important challenge like exercise. First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to @goenyi ma'am and @marvinvelasquez sir, because they organized a beautiful and beneficial competition. Exercise is very important for our body because exercise keeps the body healthy and increases physical and mental strength. Today, through this exercise competition, I got the opportunity to share my exercise with everyone. Exercise increases our body's immunity and plays an important role in maintaining good health. According to the rules of the competition, the exercise has to be divided into 18 days in 6 weeks, which seems to me to be a new and effective method. With regular practice, it will be possible to master the same exercise easily.

I have already completed three days of exercise and will present different exercises in the coming days. Among the various exercises, I have chosen the 'jumping rope' exercise. Because it helps in reducing weight and restoring body balance. Through this exercise, I will be able to build a healthy life, Insha Allah.

Day-1

How should I start exercising from the first day? On the first day, I have to start exercising on a small scale. This will be very beneficial for my body. Because it gradually strengthens the muscles and joints of the body. Increasing the exercise little by little every day will be very beneficial for our body. Because the body adapts easily and does not put excessive pressure on it. This reduces the risk of injury to our body and helps us stay healthy.

On the first day, I went to the market and bought a jump rope because I was going to participate in the competition. And on the first day, I jumped rope 40 times. Since I was a little overweight, I couldn't jump rope properly. It was very difficult. At first, my heart rate was low because I started jumping rope. Then, as soon as I jumped rope, all my body parts started moving and my heart rate started increasing. Then I started sweating. Then I realized that if I do this exercise regularly, both my body and mind will be healthy.

When I jumped rope 40 times, I had a lot of trouble. I felt like I couldn't do it anymore. But I didn't stop. My goal was to jump rope 40 times no matter what. And God willing, I have achieved my goal.

Day-2

After the first day of exercise, I felt a slight pain in my legs. And my joints moved slowly. A kind of tired feeling came over my body. I realized that all parts of my body were working properly.

I started exercising again on the second day. I had to practice a little before doing this. On the second day, I tried to jump rope more than forty times, but I couldn't because I was having trouble breathing. Still, I didn't give up.

I couldn't stop jumping rope several times. Because my goal was to jump rope more than 40 times. Every time I jumped rope, my breathing and heart rate were increasing rapidly. Gradually, the pain in my legs increased so much that it was becoming very difficult for me to jump rope. I felt like it was becoming very difficult for me. Still, I didn't give up. Somehow, I finished jumping rope 45 times. Everything is possible if you try. Even though it will be a little difficult, don't give up.

Day-3

After exercising on the first day and the second day, I thought that exercising on the third day would be easy for me. But it seemed more difficult for me because I jumped rope 40 times on the first day, jumped rope 45 times on the second day, and had to jump rope 50 times on the third day. And it became a competition for me.

Many of us think before doing something that it is not a problem for us, but in reality it is not. Today when I tried to jump rope 50 times after crossing 45, I felt like I was suffocating. Still, I continued my efforts. Insha Allah, I was able to jump 50 times.

After I jumped 50 ropes, my body was not very good. Still, I did not stop trying because I have been doing this exercise with this challenge from the beginning. By doing this exercise, I understood one thing, if I do this exercise every day, my body and health will be good. Later, by doing this exercise, my body balance will be right and I will be able to hold my breath for a longer time. And later, I will be able to jump more ropes. I jumped rope three days this week. I started by jumping forty ropes. And I ended by jumping 50 ropes. I jumped forty ropes on the first day, jumped 45 ropes on the second day, and jumped 50 times on the third day. If I continue jumping rope like this, I will definitely be able to jump more ropes. Please pray for me. I am ending here today with the wish of your overall well-being. Thank you all.

Welcome to our challenge. To begin, you can improve your posture by simply rotating your wrists to spin the rope and jump a few centimeters. You'll improve this in the following two days. Moving your arm to spin the rope will make you tire more quickly.
