SEC-S29W2:My Progressive Action (Push-up)

Today I have come to you to participate in the ongoing SEC-S29W2:My Progressive Action . At the beginning of the contest, I would like to thank @marvinvelasquez & @ngoenyi for giving us such a beautiful contest.

Out of the physical exercises that I have been selected to join the SLC contest, I have chosen the pushup exercise for this week.
Why did I choose pushups among so many physical exercises? If there is such a question, then the answer is very simple for me. Pushups are very beneficial for both our physical and mental health. It is worth noting that if we do pushups regularly and correctly, the chest, shoulder and arm muscles work more, so our chest, shoulder and arm become quite strong. In addition, our waist and back also become quite strong, and our bones become quite strong and sturdy to lift body weight properly. As a result, we can feel extra energy in the body. In addition, regular push-ups bring peace to our mind and relieve stress, as a result of which we become quite strong mentally.I decided to pick three days from the week.

I have been doing regular push-ups for a long time as a regular exercise. So on the first day, I decided to do 40+ push-ups. Then, when I got into the push-up position and started doing push-ups, I felt a little shy, actually, on the rest of the days, I do push-ups on my own, but as the idea of the contest entered my mind, I got a little competitive, so I felt a lot of shyness. As a result, I felt that there was a little more pressure on the muscles.
However, on the first day of the contest, I did 45 push-ups. Although I did not physically feel any extra energy or pressure on the muscles before doing push-ups, after doing push-ups, I could feel a lot of tension in the muscles and I also felt a little more energetic.

One of the rules mentioned in the competition rules is that on the 2nd day, you have to increase the minimum repetitions by 5, so after doing 45 push-ups on the first day, I practiced a lot to do 5 more, that is, 50 push-ups on the next day. Due to the excessive practice, my body was quite tired and my muscles were also quite sore. Even then, on the second day, I started doing push-ups with the mindset of doing 50 push-ups. As soon as I started doing push-ups, I realized that my muscles were sore and they were not contracting or stretching properly. Even then, I completed 50 push-ups with great difficulty, although I had a little problem with my push-up position on the 2nd day due to physical fatigue, sore muscles and lack of mental confidence.
After doing push-ups, I felt a lot of tension in my muscles, especially since my body was very tired from practicing a lot. However, I felt a lot of tension in the muscles and inside my body. I felt that the blood circulation had increased a lot, and my muscles seemed very tight to me.

On the third day, that is, this morning when I went to do push-ups, the only thing that was going through my mind was that no matter what, I have to do 50+5, that is, 55 push-ups. So, after preparing myself physically and mentally, I started doing push-ups. Taking the experience from the previous days, I did not practice much on the last day, because I realized that if I practice too much, the muscles become sore and weak, which makes it difficult to do push-ups more often. So, after doing 50 push-ups today, my muscles were completely tense. It felt like my muscles were going to tear. But even then, I took my time and completed 55 push-ups.
At the end of today's push-ups, my muscles were really tight. I felt like my muscles were going to tear, and my breathing had also changed a lot. I calmed myself down by breathing more often. After my breathing became normal, I could feel a lot of tension in my chest, arms, and muscles. A different kind of energy was working in my body, and my self-confidence had increased several times.

You tire very quickly for two reasons. The first is your posture: you let your hips sag, affecting your center of gravity and putting too much weight on your midsection. Ideally, you should keep your back straight with your hips slightly raised. The second is your pace: you start very fast and are already tired halfway through. You can improve by maintaining a slower pace, which will give you better performance.

Actually, sir, I have never received any advice or guidance from any professional, so I have never been able to do these things correctly or understand where I am wrong. Keeping in mind what you said, I will try properly from next time and I think I will improve further with your guidance in the coming days.
