SEC-S29W2:My Progressive Action (Squats)
Trust your are fine my friends. This is second week and I missed first one. Truly it is not in my knowledge that fitness challenge has been started. When I see challenge post I make my mind to participate. So I am here to be a part of this challenge. Honestly speaking, this fitness challenge came right time for me. Most days I sit too much mobile in hand body not moving at all. I always say “I start exercise tomorrow”. There is different fitness mode like push up, squats, skipping imaginary rope, jumping jacks, russion twist, skipping with rope and seat up with dumbbells.
I selected squats. People think squats is easy but when I do it daily with more reps,l then I understand the real pain. I choose Thursday, Friday and Saturday for my workout days. Because these days suit my routine.
◉Day 1: Thursday (24 Squats) |

On Thursday, I made 24 squats and complete my first video. Before starting, I stood quietly for few seconds and relaxed my mind. I did not rush. I opened my legs a little stretched my hands forward and started slowly. The first 10 squats were smooth. After that my legs started feel the movement. Not pain but pressure. I was going down and coming up properly not fast not too slow. After completing 24 reps my breathing was faster than normal.
My heart was also beating slightly fast. I felt good because at least I started something for my body.
Heart rate:
Before exercise: 65/ min
After exercise: 63 /min
Breathing:
Before: 12/min
After: 15/min
◉Day 2: Friday (30 Squats) |

Friday was more challenging. I increased 6 more reps making it 30 squats. I did it inside my room. Around 15 reps I started feeling burn in my thighs. My hands were shaking a bit while holding balance. I took small pause for few seconds but didn’t sit down. When I finish my 30 squats I felt tired but satisfy. It feel like my muscles are wake up after long sleep. My breathing was heavier than day one.

Before exercise: 65/min
After exercise: 69/min
Breathing:
Before: 15/min
After: 18/min
◉Day 3: Saturday (40 Squats) |

Saturday was most difficult day to me.
I increase reps to 40 squats.
Before start I was honestly thinking can I really do this? First 20 reps were good . After that my legs start shaking little. I can feel pressure in my thighs and knees. My breathing was heavy than before. I stopped for few seconds, took deep breath and start again. I told myself, I can do and I will. At last I compleye all 40 squats I felt very proud. My body was tired but my heart was happy. That feeling was something different.

After: 70/min
Breathing:
Before: 14/min
After: 19/min

This challenge taught me that progress is not magic. It is small steps done daily. Even plus few reps make big difference. I learned patience and consistency. I want to continue this journey because my body needs it.
I am happy I did not quit and I am ready for the next week challenge.
