●◉Hello SteemFit & StayFit !◉●

I am back again with another week of my fitness. Trust you all are doing fine. I am also feel motivated. This challenge is changing my mindset more than my body. Previous week I learn different things like about patience and consistency. This time I choose Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.

◉Day 1: Tuesday (60 Squats)

Tuesday was starting day of my exercise. My target was 60 squats . I increase more 5 squats. Before starting I did light stretching for my legs and back. I was little nervous because 60 is not small number for me. I told myself to stay calm. I stood straight legs slightly open hands in front and started slowly. First 25 squats were smooth. After 35 squats I start feeling pressure in my thighs. Breathing became a little heavy. Around 50 squats my legs were burning and my focus was fully on counting. Last 10 squats were not easy. My legs were shaking slightly but I did not stop.

◉Day 2: Wednesday (65 Squats)

On Wednesday my body was already feeling little sore. My thighs were tight from previous day. My target was 65 squats. I took few minutes extra for warm up and stretching. I started slow and focused on posture. First 30 squats went okay. After this my legs start complaining. Around 45 squats my breathing became heavy. I reminded myself that pain is temporary but regret is longer. After 55 squats every rep felt hard. Finally I completed 65 squats. I sat down for a minute and just breath. I was very happy because I did not give up.

◉Day 3: Thursday day (70 Squats)

Thursday was toughest day of this week. My target was 70 squats. Honestly before starting I was not fully confident. My legs were heavy and body was tired. But my mind was ready. First 30 squats were manageable. My body was warmed up. After 40 squats pain start in thighs but I tried to control my breathing. At 55 squats I wanted to stop for a moment but I told myself this is the real test. Last 15 squats were hardest part. My legs were shaking more than before and breathing was deep. I completed all 70 squats. After finishing I felt pain, tiredness and happiness all together. It was a very strong feeling.

Hi, @shahidalinaz

It's a pleasure to see that you've accepted our challenge, welcome! Here is our evaluation of your participation:

You've put in a great effort these past three weeks. The only issue I see is still your form, as you sometimes tend not to lower yourself completely and put all the weight on your knees and lower back, when the weight should be on your thighs and hips. I hope to see you break through that 70-repetition barrier.
