Today, in the 1st week of Steemit Challenge 29, I will be participating in @ngoenyi @marvinvelasquez ma'am/Sir "SEC-S29W1:My Progressive Action (add your chosen program here)" - competition, I hope everyone enjoys it.

Today I am happy to participate in the exercise competition. First of all, I would like to thank @goenyi ma'am and @marvinvelasquez sir , because they have organized a beautiful competition. But I participate in every exercise myself, because I like it. Today I have also come to this competition, so I will share my exercise with everyone. I hope everyone will like it.

Exercise is one of the medicines for staying healthy where which is available without money. It is possible to maintain health through exercise, and it increases the immunity of our body.

According to the rules of the competition, we have to share the exercise for 18 days in 6 weeks, although this is a new method because, from what I understand, by doing the same exercise for many days, it can be learned quickly and, as a result, it can be done easily later. Another reason why many people do not exercise is that they cannot exercise properly because it takes them too far away.

I am starting with preparation for 18 days. Today I have completed 3 days of exercise, so I will show the exercise differently every day.

Among several exercises, I chose the Skipping with ropes exercise because I have become a little fatter than before and am losing my body balance, so I will quickly bring my body balance through this exercise.

Day - 01

Starting small on the first day is a good thing for us because it helps us gradually strengthen the muscles and joints of the body. Increasing the exercise a little every day is another benefit for us; it protects us from injuries.

I bought a rope from the store for the competition, and I skipped rope 60 times on the first day. Due to the increase in body weight, jumping these 60 ropes became difficult for me. At the beginning of the exercise, my heart rate was low, but with each jump, all the parts of my body started moving, and my heart rate increased.

When I skipped rope 50 times, my pulse increased a lot, and I felt like I couldn't do it anymore. The ropes were a bit tight on my feet, but I continued. My target was 60. I could understand that my breath was getting short. I did 60 rope jumps as per my target, but instead of standing, I did 60 rope jumps while sitting on the ground. However, I do a little more exercise on the first day to get my breath back, so I do 2 sets.

Day - 02

After exercising on the first day, my legs hurt a little, and my joints also moved well, so everything in my body worked well.

I started exercising on the 2nd day. I had to practice first to do this. I couldn't do skipping rope 60 times on the 2nd day because I was wheezing repeatedly.

Several times I wanted to stop it, but my target was more than 60, every time I did it, my breathing rate was increasing along with my heart rate went very fast. My legs were hurting, then I thought it was getting difficult for me, so I somehow managed to skipping rope 63 times. Then I got tired, and my body became weak, then my breathing became heavy, and I sat on the ground.

Day - 03

After 2 days of exercise, I thought the 3rd day would be easier for me. But it became more difficult for me. For me, jumping more than 63 ropes has become a competition for myself.

When I started it, I thought I could do 100 easily. When I did 55, I felt like I was suffocating and I couldn't count properly so I kept counting in my mind. And I got busy finishing the exercise quickly.

Somehow, I stopped exercising for the last time after jumping 66 ropes. It is becoming very difficult for me now because I have been doing this exercise with a challenge from the beginning. My fitness is not good, so I am getting short of breath. But if I do this for a few more days, my body balance will be right, and I will be able to hold my breath for a longer time. I finished this week with 66 ropes. Later, I will take it to a higher number.

You performed the exercise well, however perhaps you should have started with a lower number of repetitions, to get your body used to it and so you wouldn't have been out of breath in the following days.

The details of vital signs before and after the maneuvers were missing.
