"SEC-S29W2:My Progressive Action (Skipping With Rope)"

Today I am preparing to exercise for the 2nd week. Last week I completed the skipping rope exercise, but this week the competition gave me a golden opportunity to change the exercise. In this, I decided to do the previous exercise; last week, I did 66 skipping ropes on the 3rd day.

MondayDay - 0166 Reps + 5 Raps
TuesdayDay - 0271 Reps + 5 Reps
WednesdayDay - 0376 Reps + 5 Reps
Total-81 Reps
Day - 01

Today I will do the exercise for the 2nd week. I am going to start this week with the 1st day (4th day of 18 days).

The day was Monday, I finished at the office and prepared for the exercise in the evening. Since this exercise is skipping rope, I took a rope for it and wore different comfortable clothes for the exercise.

Since I did 66 skipping ropes on the 3rd day of last week, today I will add 5 more and do 71. I hold the two ends of the rope with my two hands and twist it from behind, over my head and under my feet, and keep jumping so that the rope does not get stuck in my feet.

I chose this exercise because doing this moves everything in the body and increases my heartbeat, and it helps me stay fit. Doing this makes my body warm up quickly, increases my heartbeat, and I am comfortable doing this exercise, so I like it.

Day - 02

The 2nd day is Tuesday. I did not take a break in between exercises to do this exercise, so I did the exercise the day after the 1st day. I chose the evening to do the exercise because I have to be busy with office work from morning to afternoon.

I put on my workout clothes and keep my camera ready. Today I will do 76 skipping ropes; this is my target. Since I have to do it for a long time, I have increased it by 5 every day.

I started the exercise by holding the 2 ends of the rope. It was easy for me; in this way, I increased by 5 from yesterday and completed 76 skipping ropes.

This exercise is very beneficial for me because it will help me maintain the balance of the body to move, my legs have increased strength for jumping, my heart rate has increased, and my body is sweating.

Day - 03

I did the 3rd day exercise on Wednesday morning. When I woke up, I had a day off from work that day, so I had no difficulty doing it in the morning. However, today is the last day of exercise this week. Today I will complete 81.

I am preparing for the exercise standing in front of the camera, but even if I change the exercise between the 1st week and the 2nd week, it is not as painful as the 1st week, I feel that after exercising for these few days, my body has become dynamic and I can maintain the balance of the body on my own, exercise is very beneficial for us, it helps us to stay healthy.

I continued exercising and easily completed 81 skipping ropes, I didn't have much trouble with it; besides, my heart rate increased, but it didn't feel as bad as before, and I was breathing more deeply than before.

Our Grading System

Thank you for choosing to progress in your chosen program which is skipping with rope. You have been able to record the videos for the 3 days in this week to complete 6 days out of 18 days of our challenge. The idea is that the more progress you make, the tougher it becomes, but because it is a challenge. I am glad that you have pushed yourself in the same program till day 6. Hopefully, you will continue progressing in the same program.

You have also recorded your vital signs both before and after.

Well done. Skipping isn't easy, at least for me. But it's a super healthy exercise that keeps you in shape.
