SEC-S29W2:My Progressive Action - Squats
Welcome, Dear Steemit Family!
Through this post, I am presenting my regular participation in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 29, Week 2. First of all my heartfelt thanks to @ngoenyi and @marvinvelasquez for making us part of this great fitness challenge to stay healthy.
I kept squats as my program of choice for the first week as well and have increased my repetitions this week keeping the same sequence, as clearly stated in the challenge rules.
Day 1 — 40 squats
That day I completed 40 squats after the warm-up. It was clearly harder than the first week, especially in the last 10 squats where the legs felt tight.
But I balanced the pace and paid special attention to the correct position. After the workout, I felt a warm body and a positive energy, which was motivating for me.
Day 2 — 45 squats
By the second day, the body was perceiving better than ahead. Doing 45 squats was a exception both mentally and physically.
That day I tested to observe the breathing quality under regulator, which formed the activity feel kind of easy. There was a slight stiffness in the thighs, but nonetheless I finalized the entire session with complete confidence.
Day 3 — 50 squats
This day was the most delicate but the most forceful for me. Completing 50 squats was a particular achievement for me.
Although prostration was apparent in the last set, I managed to finish the exercise without stopping. After that day I noticed a pronounced enhancement in my abidance and strength.

Overall experience

Hi, @taaher1
It's a pleasure to see that you've accepted our challenge, welcome! Here is our evaluation of your participation:
You've done a good job, I just need to mention one detail: the pace. You start too fast, and that begins to affect your descent as the exercise progresses, making the last movements look short and causing you to appear tired at the end. Pay attention to that so you can improve in your next repetitions.
We'll see you next week!
