When you offer something to someone then we prefer to use letter or Email. Thus Emails and Letters don't have any creativity. They don't look good. So there such websites with so mny useful attractive features would be great resources. Also, tracking the records is savage.
will help companies save costs by culling the useless HR dept, which is anyway shrinking in most companies and rightfully so. also, less costs involved compared to building an in-house tool similar to this to manage hiring. like the usefulness of this. nice hunt. i was thinking as to why one needs a tool like this. offer letters are pretty standardised and not much need to changed every time a candidate is hired but its the management aspect of it, which is a problem your hunt solves.
