This is pure brilliance. Living in a tropical climate, I know just how much heat concrete buildings absorb and retain.
The ability to divert some of that heat from the building means less energy needed to cool it AND the heated water from the Bioskin could be used via a heat exchanger to provide hot water and generate power thus reducing energy usage and costs even further.
The only downside I can see to this is that it looks awful and there would need to be a better way to incorporate it into the architecture more subtly.
