"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 87: ( semolina laddoo )"

Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @mariami all time my favourite topic ""Recipe of the Day. Week No. 87 "" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

Today, I'm going to share a recipe for how to make "semolina laddoo" .This is a quick and easy dessert made with ingredients readily available at home. It doesn't require any special preparation. So, let's see what ingredients we'll need to make semolina laddoo:


500g of semolina
500g of powdered sugar
350 grams of ghee
Milk I glass
Milk cream
Dry fruits (cashews, raisins, raisins)

Method for making laddoo

  • First, we'll pour the ghee into a pan, then add the semolina and fry it over low to medium heat.

  • We'll stir it constantly with a spoon to prevent it from burning at the bottom. We'll stir it until it's thoroughly fried and fragrant.

  • There should be only a slight color change, as over-roasting it darkens the appearance, and overcooking it will diminish the color of the semolina laddoo.

  • Once it's thoroughly roasted, add the chopped nuts and roast for 2 minutes.

  • After the nuts are roasted, add 4 to 5 tablespoons of cream and mix well.

  • Then turn off the heat and stir for 5 minutes. The pan is hot, and leaving it like this will cause the semolina to burn at the bottom.

  • Then we will mix powdered sugar in it and mix it well.

  • Let it sit for 10 minutes. This mixture is still hot, and we won't be able to form laddoo from it immediately.

  • When it cools slightly, we'll start making laddoo. However, since the semolina is a bit crumbly, we'll add a little milk. We'll mix it well, then we'll tie the laddoo and place them on a plate.
