"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 90: ( Spicy pakoras)"🍽️

How are you ? I hope you are all good. I am also good. I am thankful for this chance.Today, I'm here to take part in this amazing contest, which is organized by the esteemed Teacher @mvchacin ma'am. I'm really proud to be a part of this challenge.. I hope it reaches your expectations.I’ll share my experiences and ideas about this favorite topic of mine.

1 - Make your own Pakoras 😋 (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

First, I thoroughly washed the potatoes, peeled off the skins, and sliced them into small, French-fry–style strips. After that, I soaked the pieces in cold water for a few minutes to remove excess starch, then drained and dried them properly before moving on to the next step of cooking.

Then I washed the spinach leaves, chopped them finely, and added them to the mixture. The fresh spinach added a soft, flavorful touch to the pakoras, making them more nutritious and giving them a lovely green color.

After that, I cut the onion, washed it well, and finely chopped it and added it to the mixture.

I added all the remaining potatoes, spinach, and onions to the mixture at once.

Then I began seasoning the potatoes. I added salt first and let it rest for a while so the salt could blend in properly. After that, I mixed in the remaining spices and prepared them for cooking.

After that, I added chili flakes to the mixture. I didn’t use red chili powder, only chili flakes, adding them in a balanced amount so the spice level stayed mild. Then I mixed everything well to spread the heat evenly and got it ready for the next step.

Then I mixed in coriander powder, which added a pleasant aroma and a mild, earthy flavor. This spice enhanced the overall taste and balanced the heat of the chilies nicely.

Next, I incorporated the besan, stirring it thoroughly until it blended smoothly with the mixture. The aroma of the roasted gram flour started to fill the kitchen, giving a warm, nutty fragrance. As I continued mixing, the texture became thicker and more cohesive, perfect for the next step in my recipe.

After adjust the mixture sit for a while to allow the besan and spices to meld perfectly, I set it aside and went to wash the ingredients. Once ready, I gently added them back, piece by piece, handling them delicately to preserve their texture. Then, I warmed everything in a pan with a drizzle of oil, letting the flavors infuse as the heat brought out a rich, savory aroma. The golden-brown hue of the besan signaled it was perfectly cooked, and the mixture now looked irresistibly inviting.

Final Look Of Pakoras

Now my spicy pakoras are ready to serve, and everyone is enjoying them a lot. My family loves them very much In this season, hot and crispy pakoras are everyone’s favorite, perfect for cozy evenings and rainy days. The smell and spice make them hard to resist and bring warmth and comfort to everyone
