I am here with a new post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post. Today I am here to participate in Steemit Learning Challenge Session 27 Week 4."The main theme of the fourth week is Making Desserts From Eggs And Gelatin.Thank you @suboohi ma'am for bringing such a great educational course.Because every week we get to share our experiences making beautiful new desserts.Today, as part of this competition, I am sharing the step-by-step process of making Caramel Pudding. so let's start........

Why eggs are added in desserts?? What kind of texture they give??

Eggs are added to desserts because they help bind all the ingredients used in the dessert together.Using eggs in making sweets enhances the flavor and helps to make cakes or other desserts rise.This makes the dessert soft, light and fluffy.Eggs add moisture and a rich, creamy texture to the dessert.The egg whites and yolks help create a puffiness during baking, which makes the dessert light and fluffy.Using eggs in desserts creates a beautiful golden color and a wonderful flavor.It provides a smooth texture and does not contain sticky or raw parts.The natural properties of eggs help other ingredients together, resulting in a beautiful mixture and helping any dessert and give it a beautiful texture.

Today I made one of my favorite desserts as part of this competition.My favorite dessert is caramel pudding.I always try to learn and explore new things.My family, especially my younger sister, doesn't like to eat milk and eggs, so I make puddings in different ways at different times and feed them to her.So, I am making pudding as part of this competition today from my experience and sharing the making process with all of you step by step.

🍮 Step - 1 🍮

  • To make the caramel, first place a pan on the stove and add 4 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water.Then, after stirring for some time, when the sugar turns red and becomes thick, I remove it from the stove and pour it into the container in which I will set the pudding.Then I left it for some time for the caramel to set.

  • Then I took a clean bowl, added half a cup of sugar to it and put the eggs inside it.I mixed the sugar and eggs well to make a thin mixture.Mix in such a way that the flour and eggs are well combined to form a thin mixture.

  • Once the eggs and sugar are well mixed and a thin mixture is formed, I add half a tablespoon of vanilla essence to it.Once all the ingredients are mixed well, I add a sufficient amount of liquid milk.I mixed all the ingredients with milk well to make a thin mixture for the pudding.

  • I poured the pudding mixture into the container where I had left the caramel to set and once it was well set, I strained it through a strainer.It should be strained in such a way that there are no lumps in the pudding mixture.Then I put a pan on the stove, poured a cup of water into it, and placed a strainer inside the water, then placed the pudding bowl.Then I left the stove on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes to steam the pudding until it was well cooked.

  • I checked with a toothpick if the pudding was set properly to make sure it was completely set.Then I cooled the pudding for some time to set it properly and then put it in the refrigerator at normal temperature for two hours.

  • Then, after two hours, I took it out of the fridge and poured it into a serving dish to serve it nicely.Finally, I noticed that the caramel pudding I made today turned out very nicely.Then I wrote my username and creation date.Finally, today's caramel pudding is ready.

✅Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.

First of all, I would like to say that I did not face any difficulty in making today's caramel pudding.Because I love cooking and creating new recipes.Whenever I have free time, I try to create something new.Especially my younger sister doesn't like to eat milk and eggs, so I feed her milk and eggs in different ways and create new recipes.I have made caramel pudding many times at home before, so I had no difficulty making caramel pudding as part of this competition today.I think that if we use the right amount of ingredients and follow each step carefully, then we will definitely be successful in making any recipe.And I can make it beautifully.So today, I used the right ingredients to make caramel pudding and followed the recipe carefully, so I didn't have any problems today.Everyone thanked me and praised me a lot after seeing and tasting the caramel pudding output.

Today I made caramel pudding to participate in this competition.The main ingredients I used to make this caramel pudding are milk, eggs and sugar.The nutritional value of milk, egg, and caramel pudding is given below:

Milk

One of the main ingredients of caramel pudding is milk.A cup of milk contains about 140 to 150 kilocalories.Milk contains high-quality protein, which is essential for the body.Milk is very important for bone and tooth health.Milk is a nutritious drink that helps strengthen the nervous system. It is an excellent source of protein, calcium, vitamins D and B12.That's why milk is called the source of all nutrients.

Egg

Eggs have many benefits, including strengthening the body, boosting immunity, and improving skin and hair health.Egg protein is a nutritious food rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that provides the body with essential nutrients and That's why eggs are called the source of all nutrients.

Sugar

The main nutritional value of sugar is that it is a source of carbohydrates that provide instant energy.However, sugar is healthy if consumed in moderation, but excessive consumption poses many health risks.So you should be careful when using sugar.

The caramel pudding I made today as part of a competition is a very nutritious dessert.Since it contains milk, eggs and sugar as its main ingredients, it makes it healthy.Pudding is a good option, especially for children who don't want to eat milk and eggs all day long, as it will help meet their protein, fat, and carbohydrate needs.
