𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝑩𝒚 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒗𝒂 𝑷𝒓𝒐 1. Have you made chicken curry with simmering? What make it different from other recipes. (1 Mark)
I have cooked chicken curry by boiling it many times at home. However, boiled chicken curry is a special type of cooking, especially since first the chicken meat is boiled first and then cooked with spices. It is different from ordinary curry because the meat is already soft and the taste of the spices is separately mixed into the meat. As a result, the curry is light, tasty and easy to digest. Boiling the chicken meat takes less cooking time and especially the meat does not have a raw smell.
We often see that in ordinary curry, the chicken meat remains tough or due to which the spices do not mix well with the chicken meat. But this problem does not exist when boiling the chicken meat. It is also very healthy, because you do not have to use extra oil while boiling the chicken meat. So cooking boiled chicken curry is an ideal recipe especially for those who like light food or want to cook quickly. I think that's how it stands out from other recipes.
