Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog I hope you all are well,I am also good today I like to share another interesting recipe blog in steemit-ironchef community.In winters the fresh and green peas easily available in my town so I I get benefit of this I share the recipe of the day having peas 🫛 masala Rice with you guys so with ado let's move on the recipe...

  • Recipe name:Peas masala rice(Mutter pullao)
  • Cousin type: Pakistani cousin
  • Cooking time:30 minutes
  • Serving size:6 to 8 person

Ingredients we need

Ingredients list
1 kg rice
2/2 kg peas
2 chopped tomatoes
4 to 6 green chillies
I sliced onion
1 tbs whole gram masala
Salt to taste
2 cup cooking oil
Powder spices
2 tbs lemon juice

Step by step/ procedure

Take a pan add cooking oil in it then add sliced onions and saute it

1000072642.jpgNow add whole gram masala in which white cumin ,black pepper whole and green cardamom in it.

1000072650.jpgAdd chopped tomatoes in it and cooked on low flame till.it will tender

1000072656.jpgNow add peas in it before start cooking I peeled off it it saved my time during cooking.

1000072661.jpgNow add power spices in it in which red crushed chillies, turmarric power,salt and coriander powder in it .

1000072663.jpgSaute powder spices then add one glass of water for peas tenderized well.

1000072665.jpgAfter 15 minutes peas and all ingredients cooked well now add green chillies in it and covered it

I washed and soaked the rice for 30 minutes then add in the peas 🫛 masala mixture.I also added lemon juice in the rice for more tempting taste and the lemon juice kept the rice soft and fresh looking so add the little bit sour taste in your peas Rice

When peas Rice done completely,I offered the flame and dish out and served with salad and youhgat.well guys it's too tampting and 😋 🤤 delicious in taste eat hot hot and fresh for good and satisfied meal in your tummy,my whole family love this rice base recipe.I always liked easy , quick and had few ingredients recipes for my daily cooking it's save my time and energy, friends tryout on my recommendation I am sure you love it .....
