Same as you, I join Steemit almost one year, but I only have 3xx Steem Power. My short -term goal is to achieve 1,000 Steem Power in next year. In the beginning, I am a freelance cryptocurrency and blockchain writer on Facebook. And I choose Steemit because I think it is a good social community for me to gain some income for my creation. Also, it can helps me to promote my writing and make a lot of friends here. For now, I am a active user and help a lot of newcomers on Steemit, especially Chinese community.
