RE: #untalented-adjustments Contest Already Has More Than 800 Full-Blown Posts Beautifully Promoting Steemit. Let's Go Make #steemit Trend On Twitter.
Hi Terry
I love your generosity and encouragement
but I just don't dig this "untalented" program of yours
we both know that He gave everyone a talent
so that untalented doesn't really exists
yes yes,.. schools and damn stiff teachers should allow people to make mistakes cause that's when you get to learn more
but there's no one who's not gifted
I don't believe that there's such a thing as untalented
we both know that HE you know Who am talking about
is fair to everyone and has gifted every single person even the ones being born at this very second a talent or two or even more
and given a chance, the right push, encouragement and support every person in this planet could actually break through and discover the many gifts they were granted so how about rephrasing that "untalented" it just sounds like let's encourage more mediocrity which contradicts your whole message here
we both know that you actually want to push the best version of everyone here so how about using a different word
there's no one who's untalented
I would stand up for any individual specially children who'd be tagged or called or be made to accept that they are untalented
and I know you would either
it's just a suggestion anyway .. no offense
Yes, i know no offence. Several people have said the same but i this is an evolution and subject to change as i have thought of it several times and before it started. Overall, there is not one word that can cover our message here. We are saying that no one doesn't have talent and that is all what we are saying but "talented" would cover this and not any word can. "untalented" does even more in covering this message although it subjective when it comes to interpretion except one has time to take a closer look, so "untalented" even if it ends up being it will have a bold slogan to explain the context. This post explains the context better and the comment section as well.

A word i have tried out in developing a name is "un(dis)talented" but basically every singular one complicates things. The curriculum evolves its whitepaper so i am also looking at response and reaction of community. No one is untalented for sure. "untalented" encourages attempts at out-of-the-boxness, sifting the good even from the not-so-good, finding sense in nonsense, so i also wanted a name that will apply people into seeking the underlying etc "untalented" is more of a curriculum, so along with the word "untalented" there is a curriculum that will help us grasp the meaning e.g i call myself the illiterate and it is possible to pass across the wrong message but we are simply saying their bigger things in the world than literate or illiterate; it is more of a contest thing and emphasizes the extra need for a measure of depth to create awesomest version of human. We seek to reach the entire world and i also though of that in coming up with "untalented". this world will stir attention even if misunderstood, it will catch attention then upon understanding the concept, it will have capture valuabler, deeply-rooted interest
thanks for understanding
have you hired some lawyers?
dami mo abogado dyan sa baba
I get the message you're trying to get across so I wonder why use that word when you can just go direct to the point and promote discovering their hidden talent
unless you support that common Pinoy line "May hidden talent k pala itago mo nalang"
that's just that - it did stir attention and a lot!
I believe "untalented" is exceptional. Gives the chance to people to say their stories, and because it's coming with a contest, it makes it easier. I was one of the newbies who joined #untalented from the beginning. It helped me to discover myself and what I want to do on steemit; without untalented, I would have given up long time ago. Because I love art, I want to "bring it to life" and stories in untalented will inspiring me with ideas in creating cartoons. How did I got this idea ? From one of @surpassinggoogle's contest which is asking to make a video and to make people from all over the world to join steemit.com
Why do I think so ? Because there are not rules in how to create a post, it's only us, simple people and someone gives us the chance to say our own story. I don't want to talk about other who feels encouraged to make a start on steemit.
