what to do when angry
There are people who get angry easily because their energy of anger is very strong. Perhaps in 10 years ago, they were not hot-tempered and easily angered as now. It means that the seeds of anger in them have grown up day by day. When they have faced situations not good as they want, the anger has raised.
To reduce anger inside us, the first, we should maintain a healthy life’s style as eating good foods, practicing exercise, playing sports, etc.
The second, praying that will never watch, listen, speak and think about the things which can rise up the seed of anger inside us.
The third, observing about pain inside us. The suffering can be grown from the actions not good which are caused from our relative people to us. Actually, they don’t want to hurt us because they have lots of pain; and they don’t know how to solve the pain themselves. If we look profoundly, you will see their pain and their suffering. That seeing will generate love and compassion in our hearts.
Compassion is unique energy to harmony the anger. Thus we have to grow the love and compassion!
