Damn, sucks you have to deal with the bs. One thing I will say is here in the US, that would not have been allowed to continue on. They would have gone to juvenile detention.

Thank you I think in many places such nonsense wouldn't of been allowed to continue, but the soft government seems to be on the side of protecting criminals. We have juvenile detention but it is not the primary response for the youth offending, usually they are just let go. In other words it's typically just used for more serious offenses or really as a last resort.
