Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 12/4/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There also as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earning rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all.

April 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on March 25th and so the high season wasn't done just yet thankfully. I only mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow, however not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, others would argue that it almost doubled since it's bottom, while that was something to celebrate Steem as done much better in the past. Last night I went to sleep way past the usual late hour, which I'm blaming trying to continue doing those updates for my friends but also due to some bad design issues. When I did go to sleep it was cold but I was able to fall asleep eventually, not sure if I was over tired, it being cold or my mind was busy with thoughts but it took a while to fall asleep which surprised me. Still I'm better prepared lately for the night by putting on a blanket over the sheets, surprisingly while it helps it isn't by much but it is enough to get me through the night usually which is why I added another sheet last night but it was still cold. Crazy to think I was about to remove this blanket a few nights back as I think I may have got too hot at one point. When I did go to sleep I only woke-up when it was time for the alarm to ring, which was a little earlier as I needed to be in for work soon. Actually very soon as I rested a little further past the alarm giving myself very little time, I just about had enough time to get ready for work and leave. I'm already getting less sleep compared to previous days but I still don't want to push it too much after that horrible week of feeling so unwell. I guess since this flu I know that I'm going to get tired more easily. On some days I still feel like I'm taking a slight step backwards into my recovery which is rather worrying. As for the weather this morning it was mostly sunny without much of that annoying wind and so it was relatively nice out. Once I got in to work my boss started explaining that he was going to go for a quick break which had me worried if I was going to be stuck doing everything like the other day. But he was only gone about 10 to 15 minutes this time which is better than 3 hours! When my boss returned we worked on a task together for about one hour, after that I moved on to doing some of the weekly tasks from the sheet as I still had "2" to complete. I spent most of the time getting one done and if I'm lucky my colleague later today once I finish will do the remaining one. Once my colleague arrived I left work, outside the sunshine continued which was nice but it seemed a little bit more cloudy and worse of all was that annoying wind had returned. When I got home I started on getting a few chores out of the way as I wanted to possibly get another update done for my friends as I will likely be going online tonight as it's likely everybody will be there. Haha this was not the case at all nobody showed but it was still worth it as I got through most of the updates, now I must wait on my friend which means I could relax. I brought a new laptop the other day as I will need this for when and if I go to see my father this year as the current one I own is not fit for travelling with anymore, it's so old I'm surprised it's not falling apart. As for the new one I wanted to get through it's setup process but already knew it was likely that wouldn't happen, infact it could be a few days before I get the chance to set it up, which today as already proven. My plan is to continue what I'm doing to fight the flu as a few weeks ago I swore I was going to start trying everything to shift this as it just seems to keep coming back in a different form. I have been trying mostly natural things rather than going to big pharma. Unfortunately nothing much seemed to be happening but at least I'm better now, but have to admit I have been getting a bit off track. But I will continue with this the best I can as I feel there maybe some light at the end of the tunnel as some things have definitely improved. As for Steemit.com there as been talks about updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern", I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. They have got to the point were inviting alpha testers to try the work so far as been called for. What I would like to see is just easier excess to all parts of the website. Sometimes I feel have to be too much on the right page to get to where I want to go.. if that makes sense. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
