Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 14/1/2026, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Jan 2026- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. So the zombie doctors had put me on a treatment which took me to bouncing between 70% to 85% of a full recovery. You could say that's a good place to be, however what's very depressing is the doctors are unwilling to help further leaving me in limbo. And the nature of this condition is if it's still on-going it will eventually return, be much worse and can be fatal. On my last visit to the doctor he started suggesting the idea of a specialist, and since it seems they can no longer do anything for me I reached out to the specialist I want. I finalised a meeting for the end of the month with him, this as still been a long waiting period when your suffering, trust me. In the mean time my task as been to put together a summery of my symptoms, health concerns, history, medication, documents of previous tests and any further questions etc. This is now completed and the plan was that once done "AND IF" there's still a gap between the day of appointment, then I will pester them for any possible patient cancellations in the hope of being seen earlier. Because of very limited days mostly from the clinic I will have to see what chances I have now of being seen.

Today it was back to a early morning work shift, unlike previous days where it had been mild the past few mornings it was instead freezing. This is one morning I did hope I wouldn't get stuck outside of work waiting for a key. But I wasn't really worried because I was confident it was my least favourite superior who I would be working with and she's at least very punctual. She was in a slightly better mood this morning but a comment that she had made later in the day made it clear she was just as miserable as ever. Basically there was extra work left over from yesterday which I joked with one of my colleagues that I had left for them so that they wouldn't be bored. Without even being involved in the conversation she was adamant she would make sure nobody would be bored! Meaning she will always make you work hard, but also twisting it at the fact I should of had this work completed because of all the other work she's got lined up for my colleague. What annoys me about this is no matter how hard I would work it's not even possible that all that extra work would of been completed on time. Sure I could of got more of it done but there is no way it would of been fully completed if shift were swapped. As for the initial work when I arrived it was a little more compared to yesterday, but enough that I couldn't complain, I was mostly able to take my time. What I did complain about was just how cold it was even with the heating on.

After work it remained very cold so it was straight home. With the little free time I had I tried to get a quick travel plan to follow for when I travel to the specialist. This as now been done and this also reminds me... I should start thinking about booking off the next "Event Days" with friends just in-case by that time I'm well enough to attend. I also had a visit from our cat alarm clock, not seen him in a few days so was getting a little worried. But talking about him seem to made him appear. I went online to meet with friends, I kind of didn't expect anybody to show up but half turned up, and a lot more got done than I expected. I was also happy to learn some of them felt better now. Being forced to go down the specialist route is going to make this all be much worse "cost wise" but honestly it seems to be my only option now argh🙁. I'm also not happy with the control freak authorities continuing to make it difficult to get hold on of any Steem. They are lately having a total take-over of the internet under the guise of protecting children. We need the tools to regain back some of our dam privacy, especially online, and so if anybody knows of a truly free VPN let me know in the comments below, you could win a upvote from me.
