Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 14/10/2021.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 5 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 14/10/2021.

October and the weather as changed even if we did have probably one of the worst summer's in recent years it's got cold. The usual bed sheets aren't enough to keep me warm but saying that we had some weird warm moments last week having 4 days that I could actually say it was hot. The forecaster did say we are apparently going to get a heatwave, Im guessing that was the so called heatwave. Unfortunately it's became apparent that my shifts are no longer stable shame as I can't even express how much that improved many things for me. I felt this was coming to it's end as shifts began changing, but this instead also turned out to be the end of something much more. Towards the end of August my boss phoned me announcing that the company I work for will be closing 😱!! yikes! He did say however that they are going to try and find "some of us" work else-where within the company but "there are no guarantees". As of right now there is not much else to do but wait until there is further notice about the re-employment position. The relocation I want is also hot spot for the others and so it's unfortunate that in the end after working as a team together for so long we will likely be fighting each other for the available positions. This however confirms that those like me staying will be there until the last days of November perhaps even a little longer to help with it's actual closure which could take a additional 2 weeks. Today I was in work and like I suspected my boss was off, I was a little unsure this would be the case as he recently came back from holiday. Glad he was not in as I already know he would of given me alot of other pointless nonsense to do. While that is great I did see something a little odd today, one of the women was walking about the place with a hot water bottle pressed to her stomach. It looked a little odd if she was feeling the need for a hot water bottle she should of stayed at home, but then again who knows maybe she really needs to pay her bills. Like I said yesterday since I was off it gave me the opportunity to look for a new duvet, or should I say an extra one, it may sound odd but having one under you seem to add a extra layer of comfort, not sure what happened to my other one I had. I perhaps gave it for one of the cats and then threw it away, regardless I found one that I think will be suitable. So once I was done with work which again I had the early I went to go pick it up with the intension of placing it ready for tonight but I got busy doing other things and will have to leave it for another day. Since the lockdowns regardless of still working during them I noticed some personal weight gain, but I think now I have lost the extra weight put on by the lockdowns. But still I continue with a little fat that I would like to get down and so I have continued to try and shed it off with tracking my step count per-day and doing small daily workouts. I began doing this in April and will continue to do so until my work schedule won't allow for it anymore which actually seems to already be happening. It was only towards the end of July and August when others also noticed my weight loss, so it definitely does take it's time. While the fat is stubborn to burn I still think I have to admit it to myself that there as definitely been some progress, there was also some slight muscle gain so I can't complain. I think I'm about %70 of the way to where I want to be overall, I did meet a good friend who said they could see a difference in weight loss but didn't think any muscle was gained infact they claim it was lost. This doesn't sounds right to me but I hope to prove them wrong. Since I started going for the high intensity workout way it's been abit on and off, mostly off and this is because of work now. It's been a while since I have done a workout and I'm trying to find a way to get them done. As for steps we started the week average and so having reached a total today of 72k steps, out of the 105k weekly target.
