Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 14/6/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There also as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earning rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.

June 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet thankfully. Likely you have already witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. So who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, Steem did almost doubled since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. However that does mean that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep just past the usual late hour which is disappointing but better, this was mostly due to some artice reading. When I did try to sleep it took me too long to drift off, the cold was mostly the problem I think, even if initially it didn't feel like it, also my arm hurting wasn't helping. I know the wind picked-up and with that there was maybe rain which would bring down the temperature. However I did have a extra layer on and so like this I was prepared for it however it wasn't enough. My cat also started knocking on my door again twice when it was clearly time for the human to nap for the night haha. When I did fall asleep I woke-up 2 hours before my alarm, no idea why but very annoying, if it wasn't for these things happening I would of had much better sleep, again perhaps it was the pain in my arm that disturbed me or the temperature. I mostly tried going back to sleep with little luck and then woke-up to the scheduled alarm. There was no chance for sleeping past it as I had to get in for work very soon. It was also at that moment I came to the realization that I felt much better from the pain in my arm that I mentioned yesterday but I still had to be careful with it. Still the lack of sleep is not ideal considering I got a very early shift to prepare for coming tomorrow yuck. As for the weather this morning like most of the days we have had recently it continues with a dark, cloudy and miserable looking sky with most days being cold at some point. At least this morning I wasn't suffering from hayfever that much, yes even without the weather being all that sunny lately I was still experiencing some hayfever symptoms. Since I had work to be in for soon after waking-up there was no time to get any basic chores done, there was time for breakfast but I decided to skip that and will instead get something at work. I noticed the 2 phones I'm interested in are finally available for purchase. These are only in-case of a emergency replacement which of course will happen at some point and so I need to re-look at the specs again and hopefully make a decision before they go missing again from being available. Once my free time was up I got changed and left for work. On the way I expected the weather to be much worse but it was generally pleasant even if a little too windy. When I arrived to work I was surprised by the lack of superiors, and I guess staff, I was hoping to see my my colleague who had been doing he's training "so that he is able to get the extra work set for us" he admitted to me how difficult the work is and how he should be getting more help. I didn't get around to asking him but I want to know now if he will quit wanting to have anything to do with that part the job? Since I have not seen him in a while now it might be safe to assume he is on holiday as I really expected to see him this morning. My plan was to get the weekly tasks for both Wednesday and today done, Wednesday was missed as it annoys me when the superiors lie about how much extra work needs to be done "I get that it's a joke" but it makes me think I won't have time to get other things completed. And then I don't end up doing tasks that I could of done as I worry I will go over time with them. Well there was a little more to get done in the morning than I expected but it was fine I still had ample time to get tasks for Wednesday done and a few things for today. My time was limited because I would have to do the extra work arriving later. To no surprise it arrived earlier which always seems to be the case when I'm there also earlier. Strangely it took a lot longer than I expected for the work to be set, while this didn't bother me as I was not to be responsible for it being completed I did miss my own target for it before leaving. That means the team will have to work slightly harder and I wished them luck. Before I left I started to have a strange headache which I thought would clear once I get out of work and into the fresh air. Being out didn't make it an better and so when I arrived home I actually went for a quick nap. This was only for around 20 minutes before I managed to get up and get on with chores, I really didn't want to sleep as I got that very early shift tomorrow and if I sleep now I wouldn't sleep later. I don't know what is up with my arm but it hurts a lot, I think I may have pulled it when with friends the other day or I slept in the wrong position. I did actually do some exercise the two previous days and guess that could be another possibility but normally the pain feels different when it's from exercise, all I know is it hurts too much. As for Steemit.com there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. As continued proof that we work towards getting more money into Steem "rising it's value" on June 10th, 2024 we reached a total of 58.000 Steem ✔. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
