Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 16/2/2026, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Feb 2026- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. The zombie doctors had placed me on a treatment which took me to bouncing between 70% to 85% of a full recovery. Since the zombie doctors can no longer do anything I reached out to a specialist. He very quickly placed under his treatment plan. I'm now on day 20 of the treatment. In week 4 "if all goes well" I will need to add yet another pill. So far it's going well without too many symptoms surfacing from the meds. Steemit becomes useful for such reminders in helping me to keep track on such things. I just hope when it comes to the introduction of yet another pill it's not going to cause more flare ups in turn bringing with it even more symptoms. Instead it would be nice if it finally cures me. Going on this treatment I'm almost sure that it initially made me feel worse. But like usual things are very back and forth making it difficult to tell what exactly this treatment is doing for me, well if anything at all. I just hope that all those worsening initial symptoms were and are part of the recovery process. I have been here now so many times over and over, only to step backwards again.. and again. But trying to look at it in a positive light, I guess I can say that since my initial step back when starting this treatment I have so far felt stagnated. So it's not got worse like it usually does but it also hasn't got better yet, well.. at least I think it's not got better.

Today it was back to work for a early morning shift. I was really expecting to be working with my least favourite superior since she's just been on holiday for 2 weeks. But no it was the fat superior, which "kind of" surprised me. I say that because I have often noticed that her first day back is usually not the very early shift, privileged much eh? Still I kind of forgot it was Monday so there was a lot more work than usual because it seems people no longer know the difference between Saturday and Monday. There was a lot of work for task 1, about half the levels of Christmas. For task to I guess it was the usual amount which is more than it used to be from last year. Task 3 was the easy one, and with that done the superior wanted me to clear up the mess from everybody's work yesterday which was slightly annoying. While doing that it was to no surprise my least favourite superior turned up early for her shift because she seems to have no other meaning to her life except "working". While she chatted to the other superior I found a card with a message from a guy who got fired last year for stealing. Well reading the note he said that regardless of the circumstances for which he got fired for he still appreciated his time working for us. It's honestly the first time a thief as reached back out to us, hmm 🤔 there's so much I could say. I mean he stole a lot of money and got caught but yet is not in jail. Also does anybody have a life outside of work anymore because it doesn't look like it.

My intentions after work was to go re-stock my treatment I been trying for days now. See while speaking to a friend they quickly worked out that I shouldn't be this low on treatment just yet. I took some time to count everything and I'm fuming to learn I'm missing a total of 16 capsules. I had evidence on one box being sort, but unfortunately the other "pill short box" was already thrown away. I'm not sure if the workers there deal with a lot of rude people or something.. but seriously all the staff there I have dealt with are very angry and moody. They couldn't give me all the missing treatment but I at least managed to bag myself half of it with the evidence and being persistent. In the end there was no need for the woman to be so rude there, if she couldn't help me fine, but there was no need for her attitude. My friends were apparently shocked I was even able to get half of it. Still I put my next next prescription through, and they gave me my order but explained I would still be missing 1 box of 14 capsules due to not having enough in stock. They told me to come back the following day, I was not looking too forward to it. Like usual after waiting a few minutes for someone to actually come out from the back I was quickly told that delivery was only at the end of the day so my treatment had not arrived yet. 😡🤬 They are seriously messing with people, why was I not told this yesterday!? I could return later in the day but seriously why waste my time in the event the delivery might get stuck in traffic. Yes she told me that could happen, so I thought my best to just try tomorrow. I go there now for the 3rd day in a row, and the girl working tells me she's just "covering a weekend shift" so doesn't know how to get my medication... Argh plus on the system it said my order was fully completed, that part really worried. Still why do they have someone working there who can only do half the job, I mean people need their medication, no!?. So today I got there yet again, waited too long for someone to come out from hiding. While this woman thankfully worked there full time it was still a very confusing ordeal for her to find my medication. I don't understand, surely this happens often because their stock supply is really poor, so surely they must have a system set-up for such occasion that actually works. The whole thing still took way too long.

The bacteria is definitely trying to fight back but the treatment seems to keep it in check. I'm just aching for any "CLEAR" sign of progress. Because I'm not sure if any of it as been different from all the other times it's dipped down. I have booked off the next "Event Days" that I usually go with friends, I done this already just in-case by that time I'm well enough to attend. I already booked time off for my next appointment with the specialist, and also the following day, this is to make sure I can go get my treatment straight away. So far neither of these day off requests have been approved by work which is worrying. Being forced to go down the specialist route is making things much worse "cost wise" for the wallet, but it seems to be my only option.
