Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 17/11/2024, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Nov 2024-Bitcoin reached over "93.000" on November 14th and so the high season doesn't seem to be done just yet. But when is it likely to finish? When it falls to 50k? Well 30k would be a good mark, but likely won't fall that low, so how about 40k? We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. Sadly not a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep at the usual late hour, this was mostly due to arriving late from seeing friends and some last minute article reading. When I did try to sleep there wasn't any difficulty, which did kind of surprise me, I thought the cold and the busy mind would of cause me trouble. I woke-up 1 hour to my scheduled alarm, this is something annoying that as been happening on and off since my father was here visiting. Most mornings I have been resting past the alarm, sometimes I'm not going to sleep early enough while other times the cooler temperature making waking-up on time a struggle. For the weather this morning a little surprising that it's returned to being bright, with a clear blue sky, and while the sun is out strangely there's not a lot of sunshine. Temperature wise it's being just about comfortable, this is normally only in the morning as usually by the afternoon it's freezing. It was a tough start this morning to get out of bed, mostly because it felt cold out of bed. The late start was not much of a problem because I only had work later in the day which means I can get some chores and other things done. Something that helped me get started was messages from the friend who got hacked recently explaining they had received news that the company dealing with the situation as replied and will be looking into the matter further. Yesterday we also had a surprise guest, another cat who initially seemed to be homeless and we have been feeding him and trying to convince him we are here to help. I thought it would take much longer for this cat to trust us enough to come inside but this was not the case at all. Well either that or the cold outside made him take the chance, he seems to be very friendly towards me. However now closer and on further inspection it might be that this cat is not homeless, looking at some of he's fur it's almost too perfect, either that or he is fresh on the streets, I guess time will tell. With my free time up I had a quick small breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I took the rubbish with me to dispose, the weather had turned bright and sunny by the end of the morning which was nice to see but by the time I left it already was turning gloomy and colder. When I got to work I was still trying to give my friend advice on talking to the company trying to solve their hacking issues. I also heard one of the girls asking other staff if they want to donate money for getting another member of staff a gift for their birthday. While this doesn't particularly bother me it also does to a extent because I remember other staff raising up the issue of why are only certain staff getting gifts for their birthday? While I didn't initially think of it or care I do feel those who raised the concern are indeed correct. Unfortunately I know that in this particular situation the girl in question likes the guy who she is raising the money for and this is why. The guy as no interest in this girl romantically and so I'm sure some staff will be wondering why this particular guy is getting extra gifts paid by other staff and while everybody else just got a card. I noticed the new guy was in again and to be honest I still don't like him anymore than I mentioned last time, he is a little rude to the point he just expects you to drop everything and help him. I have no problem helping others at work but at least have the decency to ask first if I'm available right at that second to help because clearly there are times when I'm not. There was the extra work to get done for this shift, I was in hope that by the time I arrived most of it would be done which was somewhat true. Getting late means I think some of the more difficult parts where left on purpose. There was some new equipment available last time I was in work which I decided to try and regretted as it seemed to cause me more trouble. I noticed this time none of the new equipment was left so I used the older one which I found to be much better. I previously heard staff saying the new guy was great but honestly with the little experience I had with him so far I would disagree. However it's highly likely these colleagues were only saying this because they are attracted to the guy. Apparently there is still another new staff member which I have not met yet. We managed to complete the extra work about 20 minutes before target which I was happy with. Finally it was time to escape from work, there was a group of yobs outside making some of the staff feel uncomfortable, these trouble makers always seem to like hanging around in large groups. Still on the way home my colleague pointed out the beautiful sunset to which I told him I would enjoy a better view of it from my route home. When I arrived home I quickly got started with doing chores if I had any hope of meeting friends online a little later. I got there late which was fine as most of the time I'm waiting on friends which only half turned up but it works out better this way. As for the quick work-outs I have now been missing some opportunities to get one done. Lastly I started to prepared dinner, checked in with my father who said previously he got the flu, and then I settled-in for the night. As for Steemit.com 📊 the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 21 now on Week 3 shows a good range and quality of courses that are being offered for those interested in taking part and being rewarded. I was also disappointed to discover that our TRX wallets on Steemit.com have disappeared, this includes any funds. The TRX distribution code has been removed from the wallet by the Steemit developers, part of the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards "good stuff". But I think removing the TRX wallet from the SteemitWallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet as a whole. The only way to recover any funds is to make a new tron account with TronLink and then if possible adding the Steem generated TRX account to that newly created account. This already is confirmed by myself and others, regardless I still think we should of kept the TRX wallet functional. If you agree on keeping the TRXwallet you can write to them here asking to for the return the TRX Wallet on Steemit TRXWallet. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work on remaining at peace and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
