I was back to work today for a early morning shift. I was able to sleep better last night but it was clearly not for enough. While the slightly cooler darker morning air it did make me feel a bit better, but I remained tired throughout the day. On the way to work I brought food to feed the birds and then headed to work. I didn't care who I would be working with today but of course hoped it was not with my least favourite superior. Thankfully I was working with Big Dug, but soon as I got in he warned me that task2 was very inflated. I was honestly not worried about this and so had a look and started with task1. I was not surprised to see task1 also inflated, it continues to baffle me why Mondays are often like this more often. Task2 was set very late, and while I waited I started with task3 which was also inflated. Thankfully considering how much there was for each task they were all easy to deal with. Big Dug seemed very worried about getting task2 completed, but again even with little time I was sure it would be completed on time. And it did, but at least in the end there was not too much of the usual work. I was not lucky enough to escape work without seeing my least favourite superior, because she loves getting into work really early for some bizarre reason. However she seemed to be in a really good mood, I was taken back a few times with surprise on how she was actually being nice, very strange.

After work I had to go visit the dreaded hells pharmacy. It had been a while since I had gone there last, and let me tell you the break from that place as been wonderful. However I experienced the same ol nonsense I get every time I go there. The clown manager who came out pretended once again he had never seen me before and as never put such a order through. This clown and his band of idiots also left me around 4 times for 10 minutes and over each time hiding round the back multiple times. So of course I spent a good amount of time there once again as per usual. When I told this clown that he had already called my specialist multiple times to check this he claimed the specialist never got back to him. IDIOT! Sure he may have not got back to him personally, but someone "who works there" obviously received the call by the specialist to confirm things because I have been doing this for MONTHS now! He kept telling me the dosage is too much, and YET AGAIN I have to explain I'm very sick. I complained to this idiot ONCE AGAIN about their poor service and hope it got through to him. I highly doubt it will make any difference it never does. Well in the end I got nothing and returned home and will have to go back there another time in hopes my FULL order will be there to collect.

Arriving home I was working on cleaning/clearing the kitchen and fixing a few things there. I have now moved on to the hallway and making good progress. At my appointment with the specialist the other day I received news the number of bacteria fighting cells as increased again. The specialist is giving me options, but what I really need is guidance. I understand this is also difficult for him to give me. But the conclusion was to, firstly reach the max amount of antibiotic permitted. And then, to just continue doing what I have already been doing, with hope of further improvements by our next meeting. I also received the results from the medical tests. Unfortunately it was not what I expected. In previous tests the results were very positive, however it appears the body is beginning to show signs of struggling, with it's fighting cell numbers getting lower and the enemy making a come back. My specialist said that for now this is not a cause to worry. But I will be honest, 🤷‍♂️ I'm worried. He said we will keep an eye on this moving forwards. Aug 2026- The body continues to try and fight this condition placed upon me. I'm now on day 200 of the specialist treatment plan. Will it ever end!? Still it's been helping me to slowly minimize symptoms, but sadly not to a point where it's fully cured. There's a strong probability that there may still be further underlining issues 🙁. But that will have to be a problem for later. I'm currently my 3rd cycle of another 90 days😫. And will be aiming to reach the max amount of medication that I can take in a effort to push for further improvement. Obtaining the treatment itself continues to be a challenge. This is with the pharmacy alone. The specialist doctor as fully confirmed for me to be on this treatment long term. But I have to keep fighting them "the pharmacy" to allow me excess to the medication that I been cleared to have...🤷‍♂️ This is not right at all!!😡! I shouldn't have to be doing this while unwell. Especially since already having gone through the correct and "yet costly" legal process of obtaining the medication.
