Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 19/3/2026, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Life Diary Notes 📕🖊

March 2026- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. The zombie doctors had placed me on a treatment plan which took me to a range of healing between 65% to 75% of the condition I'm dealing with. Since then the zombie doctors could no longer do anything, so I reached out to a specialist. I'm now on day 51 of the specialist treatment. So far it's been minimizing the symptoms from bouncing, like this keeping them calmer and more predictable, but sadly not curing. On some days symptoms still get much worse, but not "really bad" like I would typically get them daily. On 2 occasions they were severe, these events put me on the worried path that there may still be further underlining issues🙁. Still there have been some positive outcomes that might still indicate I could get out of this health mess. I must remind myself of them everyday, for example since this latest treatment there are days where I have felt generally better than usual. The inflammation did definitely go down somewhat, a long with the pains, which are both very important to bring down. There were also a few other signs that pointed to slow improvements. I said that those in particular I don't think will improve any further "unless" I seek out alternative medicine. Well this is slightly untrue as there's been a tiny bit of improvement there. Still these other problems for now are not my priority.

Today it was back to work for the early morning shift. I didn't look forward to it because I been having a few days doing the "late" shifts and been struggling to sleep again. Since getting sick my sleeping problems are still not fixed. I can't help but wonder if "from here" will they ever return back to normal. It was a struggle to get out of bed this morning, but I noticed the temperature was for sure higher than usual. I skipped on the jumper today, I still felt cold going to work but later it was worth not wearing the jumper. Today it was the fat superior I was working with, there were not many staff in and my boss turned up later. It was mostly confirmed to me that the father of my least favourite superior had passed away and so it is said she will be away for a few weeks. Those in charge are very worried how we are going to cope the next few weeks without her. But I'm not worried one bit, it's about time these 2 pulled their weight and stop relying on her be there most of the time. What I also find bizarre about this situation is instead of getting in more staff to cover they are getting less. Or at least for now perhaps this may change later. So while I think the return of the old inflammation may be somewhat extinguished, since yesterday I been dealing with a flare-up that had been slowly getting worse all day. The headache was the worst part of it, not had a ahead like this in a while. It sure made work difficult, I was just lucky to be having a easy day even if it was longer than usual. So I was very glad when I got out of work, but even with that and getting some food not much had improved. And so I had to spent the rest of the day stuck in bed feeling like a zombie.

I mentioned about the feeling that those at "hells pharmacy" had messed-up my medication "once again". So I got everything I had together "medicine wise" and counted days and pills to see if I have enough until my next appointment. To no surprise I have over a week of treatment missing. So I reached out the the specialist with the added request of treatment for my missing days. I received a message back from him late today and gosh they are so professional. I might already get my missing treatment tomorrow and delivered straight to my door. I'm not sure as the wording overlaps at times, still the service with these guys as been mostly positive. I wanted to take a break this week from meeting with friends online to try and get a few things done. While this was going well on getting tasks done, but with all the added work this week and a flare-up I don't think I will see much progress in the end.
