Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 2/11/2022.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 6 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 2/11/2022.

Things haven't been going exactly right since our leap to Octuple Dolphin which means holding 40000 Steem Power, firstly we missed out on a few days because of arriving too late from birthday celebrations. Secondly we got unwell and so missing out on a few days while I recovered, there was also the end of month events which I missed another day on. Steemit as also been behaving strangely with again no warning or explanation from the team, I believe the reason for these problems are because the team are testing out the new TRX reward distributions and so the updates being implemented are affecting the site. Well it could of been a lot worse so let's not complain as I'm now feeling much better, let's now try our best to get in as much Steem Power as possible before the year ends. Thankfully we haven't yet had to use that much heating since the crazy high energy price increase, but still we can't deny that just normal power usage as been very much noticed as being more costly. November doesn't bring much better with the weather turning colder and the food and power supplies running lower. The cost of living is spiralling upwards and hitting hard especially on those same costs when it comes to keeping warm. Apparently the reasoning for all this is the war in Ukraine, if that's the case we must literally must be getting everything from Ukraine and nowhere else.. The cold is the sign or the excuse to bring back covid, which is supposedly on the rise, Wuhan is said to have closed again. Still the on-going war is a terrible moment in our history as Vladimir's army doesn't stall at the boarder, they instead attack, strike up fear, call treats and cast sadness into the lives of many. A war that if we are not too careful could just be what spells the beginning of the end. Best keep an eye on those politicians and refuse war at all costs we do NOT want WW3.

As for Steem it placed in the "top 5" reported by "Yahoo Finance" Steem is a new web3 social media platforms for possibly disrupting big governed websites such as Facebook and Twitter in the future. The article is interesting as it touches on how the giants are abusing the content of it's users. These sites are using the content that their users are producing to make themselves very incredibly wealthy while it gives it's actual users "if lucky" peanuts. If you want to see this article in full for yourself go here Steemit Yahoo Finance. With Steem I at least believe you can take this matter into your own hands by simply holding Steem Power. There was also news on the Tron changes for the Steemit Blockchain, in a shocking announcement "from what is understood" users will now only receive "half" their usual gained Tron rewards from Oct 15. It seems to be hinted this chance could be due to the latest initiative of the Steemit Development Incentive Program. Unfortunately since this chance there's been no received TRX in my wallet, other users have told me the same as happened to them. I also know of the fact the often times it can take a few days for TRX rewards to arrive but this as now been going on way-past the usual waiting time. I hear this is probably because the team could be testing the new way in which TRX rewards will be distributed "cutting the rewards by around half" and so seeing it's results. Users have asked if all their TRX rewards will be returned to them since the annoncement was made and so far it seems to be that these rewards have been unfortunately lost. Steem itself took a big fall ever since the bitcoin downwave from 60k this sadly initially also took down the value of SBD's however it's been mostly holding around that important $3 mark which is great for when Steem does eventually go back up. Still the effects of Bitcoin falling as made it so that there's a lot of cheap Steem out there and that's been catching my attention. It's what I like about Steem it still offers so much opportunity for those investors who realise the enrichment that comes from holding such a token. In one way I wanted the crypto market to remain on the lower end for longer and that seems to be the case right now as it still offers some discounts on various cryptos to hopefully get a small ROI. But could this latest jump make for the cheap season to be over? Still our end intensions with these trades is to simply continue having a means of building-up a little more Steem Power.

Back in Sept we had more of those downright just cold days compared to October, obviously it's been getting darker earlier and November is already proving to be colder and more rainy than October. As for today I was back in work after a view days off due to the events and it did feel a little weird to return. I was in for the afternoon shift which was great as it gave me more time to rest and get things done in the morning for the rest of the day. I was kind of in hope that on my return day there wouldn't be any of the extra work to be done but a colleague quickly shattered this by telling me about the extra work coming in. He explained that there would be a little more extra to do but said it was not too much but I would say what made this ok for today was that we had in extra staff to deal with the situation and so I managed to take it a little easier at certain times. I was very surprised that for lunch the superiors brought burgers for those who wanted them as usually this is something that happened twice on Mondays. On the run up to the event my nutter friends kept bugging me about setting up something for after the event, but honestly I felt that I would be too tiring and I kept refusing. Seems in the end I was right because everybody else was also shattered, however for the 2nd day I did plan on a meal after the event only because I was going to be hungry. My friends however did turn it into a bit more than just a meal so I guess in the end they kind of got their way lol. Still hopefully this time they will finally have learnt their lesson and so wont bug me about it next time we do go. At one point I told them to organise it themselves but that I wouldn't be attending. Previously I was in work for the afternoon shift, when I got in I was kind of surprised to see my boss hanging around as he's not been working in the area for a long time. I saw someone new was in doing their training but noticed how my boss was taking a lot of extra time and care with this one and so I presume this is not just any new member but perhaps a new superior. While I understand she must of been under a lot of stress on her first day I still feel she had an overly serious look to her which is indeed a little worrying. Well seems I was right about her being a new superior for us but I was also right about the "look" she gave as I was told she already quit the job before even starting it. Apparently she said its too much for a single person to take in and I have to agree, since some jobs have been cut the superiors have to do even more just like we also do a ton more than we used to. Staff also started planning their next secret Santa, I didn't want to be part of it like the other years as there's definitely manipulation going on when it comes to who gets who. My refusal like always kicked up a fuss lol, seems my punishment when I got home was it didn't take too long for people to start their fire-work displays and while they are pretty they can also be downright annoying. Mostly because of the noise. I get people are celebrating but also think of those who are not and are trying to rest, or how it disturbs babies, animals or the elderly. I mean from 9 o'clock onwards do you really need to keep coming out of your houses every 20 mins or so minutes to let off more. As for the new people there was another group of them showing up, I think now these are the very last ones the superiors are to pick who they like from the group but so far I have not seen any and even if they do I believe there are still going to be some job slots available.
