Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 22/3/2026, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Life Diary Notes 📕🖊

March 2026- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. The zombie doctors took me to a range of healing between 65% to 75% of the condition I'm dealing with. Since then the zombie doctors could no longer do anything, so I reached out to a specialist. I'm now on day 54 of the specialist treatment. It's been minimizing the symptoms from bouncing keeping them calmer and more predictable. Sadly not curing but on some days symptoms can still get much worse, but not "really bad" like I would typically get them. On 2 occasions they were severe, placing me worried that there may still be further underlining issues🙁. Still there have been some positive outcomes which I must keep in mind. Important ones are the inflammation going down somewhat, and having less pains.

Today I was was off from work thankfully to try and give myself the rest needed to catch-up on the possible chance of getting my sleep improved. However I still had plans to meet with friends later so still forced myself slightly to get the day started. But this now seems typical on my days off from work which is annoying losing so much time on resting. I hope with the sleep improvements if they come that I will be able to start the days off earlier. Still I needed this extra less due to doing more time at work the past 3 shifts because of the least favourite superior having lost her father. There was definitely one creature this morning that made sure I woke-up and that was of course our cat alarm clock who came in and decided to make a lot of noise outside my door. He actually made a few visits again today, which is odd he comes to visit us so much more now. Apart from getting a few of the usual chores done I managed to get time to go through the paying process of getting my extended/missing medication delivered. It's claimed that the costs would be exactly the same as visiting the pharmacy, but this was not the case in my experience. It's definitely more expensive "to no surprise" to get your treatment delivered to your door rather than going down the pharmacy yourself.

After that it was soon time to go and meet with friends, I have been feeling a lot more tired since getting that "flare-up" on Wednesday. This is forcing me to sleep during the day, but my hope is this new found tiredness may help me fix my sleeping issues. If that was the case it would be a huge sign of improvement from this condition. I learnt from one of the guys at work that one of the "favourites" infact the "main one" will soon be leaving for another job. I'm personally gland to see him leaving because he gets away with too much, and sometimes requires too much energy. However I'm also a bit sad to see him go because we had some really good moments and connected in a way I don't often experience with people on shift. He was also a good reminder of how to enjoy and live like, so this news of departure.. it's a mixed bag of feelings. Still the work will continues, which reminds me of paying the remaining bills pending. Well hope you all have a good day or night and I will hopefully see you on the next Steemit post.
